20240405 -- just got home from getting food, found that my order was missing the main item for my wife. Called in to try to ask them to take care of me on my next visit (something that they use to do) only to have the person that answered the phone put me on "hold" to talk with someone Else that later identified themselves as a manager. While I could hear them talking he told this person that I was being pissy and didn't want to drive the 20 minutes through the thunder hail storm to get my missing food. He then proceeded to explain that I wanted to receive something for my trouble and the fact that I'm missing a burrito that is $6.50, he followed that up by starting "we don't do that do we". The manager responded that they didn't, to which the guy that answered told her she was going to tell me. After a pause she got in the phone and I immediately told her that I heard their conversation. 100% HORRIBLE customer service was immediately followed by me getting told they were going to do nothing unless I drove back into town. Ultimately she hung up on me after I thanked her for her wonderful customer service in a VERY sarcastic voice. I remember a day when Taco Bell stood by their service and food... "You'll enjoy it or it's on us" Missing the days of caring about these types of things.

201609 - Continue to have long wait times, but it is 8:30 am and they are out of sausage. Seem to think it's our fault and pushed back when we asked for steak in its place. Customer service is still #1...00!!! The nearest substitute is 90 miles away 👿

23sept2024...ATM, this place is a Bad environment. Stay away. They forced me, the customer, to act as an employee operating THIER register, completely. There was no other option, but to order this way. I hate that. After paying for my order, they forced me and several other customers to wait until ALL the drive-thru was empty before they would get us our order. Cars that even came in after I had ordered, went thru and left, while me and other customers were already waiting. The wait, for me, was about 45 minutes. We waited so long, three things happened. 1) a potential employee came in for an interview, waited 30 mins with ZERO employee showing up at the front counter, then left after a few choice words about the wait, and lack of staff, and 2) the lobby was occupied by a few more disgruntled customers. and 3) One customer ordered, but had cash...waited so long, he left without his order. Sadly, Seems to me, this Taco Bell is purposefully trying to lose customers over the decisions of the last few years. I have no idea why, but I still occasionally go here to see if it ever will improve. Since Covid scam happened, this place has NEVER recovered, nor met the customer in a reasonable spot to rebound back to a profitable business. with all the recent population growth Helena has had, the employees now get $17 or more and hour, same day pay (work a day, get paid that day) and WE, the customers, do the work? No smiling faces? No interaction with those charming, happy faces? No interaction whatsoever. Not good. Get back to business. Stop you remote working, and face your customers. July 10th 2023 Taco Bell on North Montana Street in Helena Montana for the most part their food is good service is horrible atmosphere is fair over the last 8 years 5 days a week I have dined in a few times horrible service for anybody to get to the cash register to take my order so I started going through the drive-thru even worse so in 8 years 5 days a week - 3 days out of that 8 years for dine-in everything else has been take out they have never not one single time has Taco Bell on North Montana Street in Helena Montana ever got my order correct I am either missing something I am either having something extra not being charged but I call and let them know also that they gave me something extra I always order the five layer beef burrito a drink or soft beef tacos pretty simple you'd think right not now Helena Montana has a new Taco Bell that I have not been to yet cuz it's just a little out of my way but the North Montana Taco Bell in Helena Montana in my personal experience over the last 8 years is just horrible along with either having something missing or something added to my very simple order The beef taco meat is either two greasy dry most of the time hot but many times lukewarm flour tortillas are always ripped so when you go to take a bite it oozes everywhere so yeah my opinion is North Montana Taco Bell in Helena Montana is horrible service bad meal prepping and presentation...
