The girl who took my friend and I’s order seemed very annoyed. Ordering a turkey sandwich and a lotus energy drink seemed like an insult to her, and she ended up making both wrong anyways. While looking at me like i was insane for ordering a turkey sandwich, she asked if i wanted mayo on it, which i replied yes. Upon opening my sandwich and taking a bite, i found that there wasn’t even mayo on it after she made me feel completely stupid. My friend was also too intimidated by her attitude to order her drink how she wanted. We both would’ve gotten an apple turnover if we hadn’t felt like our presence disgusted her. We honestly just wanted to get out of the line and be done because doing her job, and taking our order seemed like the biggest inconvenience. While waiting for our food i watched her smile and take others orders...

Paid for several meals that didn't come out right that were pretty expensive for me and other guests to the shop. I was diagnosed with serious medical issues and came in for water and accidentally fell asleep while trying to keep myself warm and dry I booted out by the heavy-set sister who owns the place and the entire time her sister was glaring and me and muttering comments... When you first meet the sisters they're excited to introduce the business however after some time you can see some awkward judgemental dispositions and as well service that is too expensive for the quality you get back. The vibe tbh is entitled and expensive. Not returning to this establishment again and the building is for sale so I'm hoping something better...

Really nice place but the here is what happened. I came in and they had biscuits and gravy on the menu. I ordered them. They said that will be an hour, they are frozen. This was a chalk board menu right at the counter so they could easily erase it until ready. I asked why they were on the menu. She said because we do have them, they are just frozen. No apology, no real explanation. This employee has no concept of customer service. It was my 1st experience so I still left a good rating, because I don't believe one bad employee should cause a nice place to get a bad rating. My son had a delicious breakfast sandwich and he was very happy...
