I really want to like this store they have such cute clothes but everytime I visit the store the atmosphere is unwelcoming. The staff come off as disengaged/preoccupied. They don’t acknowledge you or ask if you need help finding anything/sizes/try on etc. I walked around with a dress in my hand for 15 minutes looking for something similar and finally just put it back and left. I want to support small businesses that are welcoming, friendly, and eager to engage. The lack of interaction can leave shoppers feeling awkward.
