Drove to this town all the way from Las Vegas. Checked in at the Ramada and needed food ASAP. Saw this place when I drove towards the Ramada and decided that's the first thing I wanted after checking in my entire family and pets after 15 hours of driving. Exhausted I try to call them to see if they deliver to the hotel. Being as I'm not actually putting in and order I had to select #5 for a manager complaint or anything else I was immediately placed on hold after several rings and just left there for several minutes. So I hang up call back and select option 2 to place and order. I get an automated message stating this option is an error. Thinking I did something wrong I called back and tried again same.thing happened! So if you want to put in a phone order it's apparently an error. So last attempt to find out if they deliver to the Ramada I again chose option 5. This time I get sent to hold after only 2rings! So I call my hotels front desk because they would know right? They said yes they do deliver here and kindly told me to enjoy my pizza (they are awesome here). But I noticed this place has so many 1 stars as of recently and you get an error message if you select to order over the phone then if there's an issue and you need to speak with a manager you will never get an opportunity to speak with one. So I decided to order from dominos. I put my order in and then received my order in less time it took to find out if Papa John's delivers to the Ramada. I gotta say idk if it's because I'm extremely tired and exhausted or super hungry but it was the best bbq pizza I ever had! Love the pan crust perfect texture and flavor. Read moreI am sorry. But every interaction is different for sure. As a dasher. We received delivery for 30+ pizzas to be delivered at a certain time. Pinged for a second order as well. They had the big order ready. But each employee was rude to us and VERY demanding telling us what to do. That we HAVE to drop this order off FIRST stating that they’ll call DoorDash themselves saying it HAS to be delivered first and come back for the second order. Then that they have the customers phone number and tell the customer about it as well. But as a dasher, we cannot continue to delivery until we have picked up each order. Then the female worker told us “this is why I hate DoorDash”. I’m sorry, but we are workers too. We’re delivering customers orders as well. It is NOT OK to be that rude and demanding towards anyone regardless of customer or dasher status. Very disappointed and frustrated with how they talked to us and treated us. Especially when they also stated how big of a tip they left as well.

This is not ok....she just kept hanging up on me ended up having to call cooperate to have them see if my order was really cancelled....She Had the worst customer service I've incountered in Helena.
