Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Helena

Ordered and paid online. Came in to pickup order on my way home from work which was most convenient since I live out of town. I waited 45 minutes for my order. Noticed customers ordering in-store and getting pizzas as I sat there patiently waiting. I was handed my pizzas and drove home, which is out of town. The pizza on top was the correct pizza so I didn't think to check the bottom one until I got home with oven preheated. I had ordered a family thin crust chicken spinach artichoke pizza. I received traditional crust pizza with a bunch of random toppings. I called and let the assistant manager know the mix up. I let him know I was out of town already and my family was starving. He said I could come and get the pizza I ordered the next day. I called the next day to get it and was told I was given the wrong information yesterday and the only way I can get the pizza I ordered was to pay for it at a discount. I was told they can't give me a free pizza. Due to a training miscommunication with a new manager I the customer got cheated out of my time and money and pizza. Store at 511 South Sanders Helena MT. Our order was supposed to be ready at 5:45. We ordered and paid in advance. Our order was 30 minutes late. Apparently they ran out of olives and didn't say anything. The one young lady that was really working hard AND trying to be courteous to customers got yelled at by the manager who said "I will answer the questions." The manager was rude and full of excuses. I have to give credit where credit is due. I have only experienced great customer service here. During a recent trip to pick up a pizza, my online order somehow had not gone through. Joaquin called the other store to see if it accidentally was sent over there, and then worked with me to figure out the best solution. Affordable and quality pizza, but more important, I've only ever experienced kind people trying to do the right thing for customers at this location....
