Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Hellertown

If I could give zero starts I would. I clicked on my phone stuffed crust pizza with pepperoni and an 8 piece wing and it was put through and delivered as an XL pepperoni NY style pizza. Which was not even properly delivered to my house and was left outside on my front porch in thirty degree weather. I called the store to express my concern as I’ve ordered from here many times without an issue. The employee I spoke with and tried to express my concerns to see if there was anything I could do considering I spent 36 dollars on the wrong pizza which is currently in promo for 12.99…… he was so rude and told me none of it’s his problem and how is it his problem and to contact IT. Newsflash it’s your problem as I just ordered from YOUR store location and was trying to find a resolution to feed my family tonight what I ordered. I disconnect the call as he’s aggravating me more and not willing to make any of it right. My daughter takes a slice of pizza and there’s a huge black hair. Papa Johns Hellertown has always been an upstanding establishment in town. If something wasn't right . they corrected it. We picked up several years ago and the wrong pizza was in our box. They sent a delivery driver with the correct pizza. I am impressed with the management and the training the employees receive. I definitely think the current management is soo much better than in previous years. Thank you for being a hometown favorite, despite being a chain. I feel like you treat your business like a small town , home grown restaurant, with a chain name. The food is hot, fresh and cooked perfectly. Its important to keep those pans and equipment...

We were visiting Wind Creek casino. We received a gift card from a co-worker. It was our first time at Papa Johns. Ordered 2 thin crust pizzas and some wings. We were unaware the place is for take out or delivery. We asked if we could use the only table and 2 chairs instead of eating in the car. They cleaned the table and got us some plates and napkins. The pizza was great and the wings exceeded our expectations. We went back a second time a few weeks later and had the Cheesesticks and the cinnamon bites. Both were excellent.
