I typically don't write reviews but this place is so horrible and there is really no other way to get through to them, not that this will either since I'm sure the owner and management couldn't care less. This Subway has been horrible for years as far as customer service and being able to bake the bread correctly but they reached a new pinnacle of patheticness. The workers can't even make sandwiches now. They put the sandwhich in the oven and it was in the oven while she made two other sandwhiches and no alarm ever went off. I thought that was weird but figured they must know what they're doing, right. Well when I got home with my sandwhich I realized they gave me the wrong bread and it was never toasted although it was in the toaster for at least 3 to 5 minutes. They didn't realize their toaster didn't work as they were toasting it. How is that possible? Well, because they don't care. Also, I had to make corrections while she was making it since she must have been reading the wrong sandwhich instructions. I called and told the supposed manager of the subway and he said OK. Did not offer my money back or anything. So. I hang up, calm down and go back to the Subway. I get my money back after requesting it but of course they were indifferent, didn't care. Also, when I was paying for the sandwiches at the register I noticed a strong smell of feces. Not sure where that was coming from but it stank in there. This place has always had workers that seem like they don't care about their job and a look on their face like they hate life or at least that job but seems to be a new level with this crew. The owner and management of this place are completely worthless. I definitely will never give this place another chance and would suggest everyone go to another subway. The best one in the area believe it or not is at the Valero off...

I don’t know what it is about fast food establishments that are situated inside of Walmarts but apparently they aren’t required to adhere to the same standards that other stand alone establishments do. This is probably my 3rd or 4th time getting an incorrect order so I finally decided to write a review. I ordered a turkey sandwich, with provolone, lettuce and extra ranch. There was hardly a drizzle of ranch on the sandwich. When I called to complain and spoke with Peter (I was told there was no manager on duty to complain to) he told me he remembered putting ranch on that sandwich. I told him I could show him the sandwich in question to prove there was not extra ranch and he then said yea you can do that if you want. No I do not want to drive all the way back to your establishment to show you that you messed up my order. I asked for a refund he said it would have to wait until the manager returned tomorrow morning. I will however happily leave a review and pictures on here so if the manager or Peter, cares to see their handy...
Read morePaid for my groceries then got in line for a quick lunch with my daughter. Stood there for about 5 to 10 minutes while the 2 young workers stocked and ignored us. I rang the bell finally even though they were aware we were waiting. They still ignored us. This was around noon , lunch time. More ppl got in line behind us , still the workers ignored the growing line. I thought how rude this was and worried about my ice cream, milk and frozen food getting hot, melting etc. . I stood there , pressed the bell again , the 2 young men "working " kept chatting , ignoring the hungry line of customers. Finally after about 10 minutes , one came over and I thought he was gonna ask what we wanted but he was just cleaning . Like, really ?? I started to tell him our and he ignored me. I shut up and stared. Finally he asked what I wanted and he made it reluctantly. SMH not coming back , horrible service and somthing on my sub tasted rotten . He also didnt hand us our cups . So I took 2 we paid for. No thank you , no have a good day , nothing . It was like the whole transaction...
