One star? I wouldn't even give that. Coffee was great my visit was good until I came home to realize that I was double charged on my debit card. As I called the shop to speak to the manager Cindy to confront situation seem to be very disturbed and maybe a little overwhelmed NO EXCUSE this is a BOSS situation and it will sometimes get a little tuff. As she continued to rudely interrupt and give me no time to speak over powering with her loud voice as she mentioned to me do you not hear the noise in the background my response was no I can only hear you talking 100 miles an hour her most ignorant comment of I’m sorry I’m Mexican I talk loud and fast! Read moreI certainly understand when people no call/no show, or call in sick, but please do all of us a favor and turn off the online ordering/pickup in store option on days where you close your interior because placing an order online to be picked up inside, especially when you’re in a time crunch, only to be given no other option than to walk away leaving good money spent on the table for product not received, or to wait in a 50 minute line, mainly because your staff repeatedly hung up the phone, and then took it off the hook, when I called to cancel said order because the line was so long. I am leaving three stars because this location is normally great, and because everyone can have a bad day, but there needs to be a way to cancel/refund orders that are obnoxiously delayed to the point where customers who are going to be obnoxiously late for work are either compensated for their time or their paid order that they have to drive...
Read moreCame here 3 days straight, decided to give them the benefit of the doubt on the second day and here I am on the third day. I buy a nitro cold brew with sweet cold foam almost all the time and the cup is 3/4 foam and 1/4 coffee. I keep thinking to myself that the foam will go down and I will end up with allot more coffe since its a nitro cold brew. But thats never the case . Now if I go down the street to the other two star buck locations its 3/4 coffe and 1/4 foam like it should be and not the other way around. At this point i would be better off buying the smaller cup instead of the grande and save myself a few bucks instead of paying full price for a cup full of foam!!!
