Where to start—

Uh.. the food, honestly, was disappointing.

Here’s my order then what happened:

Family pack- 5 burgers (with cheese), 5 fries and 5 drinks.. supposed to be $23.99. 3/5 No Thousand island sauce, no tomato, no onion and no lettuce. But instead ketchup. So basically a normal burger 2/5 with everything on it as normal. 3 Dr Pepper 2 Coke

Here’s what I got:

Family Pack like ordered, except- 5/5 burgers have everything EXCEPT 3/5 had ketchup. SALTY fries. 3 Water downed Dr. Pepper, tasting like super water downed Coke. Almost no flavor to it except that weird water taste. 2 Cokes with zero flavor.

I called to place my order around 3:40pn Order is done and ready around 4:05pm-4:10pm. Placing the order was an issue as is. Had to repeat and repeat and repeat the same stuff, which whatever.. excepted from phones. But with as much repeating as I did, my order should’ve been right. Not only did I pay $30 for disappointment, I didn’t even eat 1/4 of it. It’s just not good at all. 1 burger and a handful of fries.

So my issue, and why this place is 1/5 stars?

The food sucked. I pod $7 more than I was told. I didn’t, and cannot, eat more than what I did. 1 burger and a handful of fries.

About to call and see what I can do about it. I honestly and so damn disappointed in their food it’s not funny. Will update what happened after.. aside from that- 1/5 stars. Truthfully would give 0

Edit: Finally talked to a manager.. nothing, as expected. The lady taking orders messed up and bc of that.. nothing can be done. So here we are.. -$30 that could’ve been used for more important ish!! And still have more the 3/4 the food left. I WOULD eat it if I could, but I just can’t. The onion is so overpowering. The hamburger just was so disappointing. I was literally SOOOOO excited after reading the reviews. Well here’s a honest review. His response: “we’ll make sure they do it right in the future” (paraphrasing like 2 words… other than that his words)

Spend your money elsewhere. If you like being disappointed, your order not being done right and no help from them to correct their mistakes.. eat here....

I was looking at their pictures online and everything looks so good! Decided to give it a first try. I called in to order a side trio of fried zucchini, mushrooms and onion rings. Lady that answered seemed nice over phone. Told me 10 min. Sent my husband to pick it up. He never checks the food before he leaves the establishment. Obviously wrong order when he gets home. (Such an eye roll, I know.) I call back and I explain I was given the wrong order. Same lady as before hangs up on me. I call again, no answer. Good thing I live nearby so I drive over with the food and reciept. When I finally get to the front, same lady tells me I got exactly what I ordered. I tell her she misheard because I wanted the fried trio. She proceeds to argue with me that she can't do anything cause I got what I ordered. Well, I'm ready to argue but thankfully the one cook, decides to just give me what I wanted to originally order. Sadly, I had to wait an extra 30 min in 90 deg weather outside. That's fine, I'm stubborn. Sadly no apologies, or compensation. I did get to talk to some customers and some of them are regulars and admit it depends on who's working. I guess I got the "assertive" crew. Everyone who comes back says their family pack deal is why. I guess it depends on you if the price is worth it. I guess their Trio order combo with chicken strips is a bit more than 17 bucks. What I originally wanted must be around 12 cause I had to grab the menu from the cashier to show her what I wanted. I'll chalk it up to how hot it must be inside but unfortunately, not...

The food is really good! Generous portions, burger comes with thousand Island type sauce, chopped lettuce, tomato, and generous serving of red onions. The Jr. Hamburger comes with medium soda, yummy fries too! The only disappointing thing was my friend and I ordered their lg. Combo for $19.99. It was supposed to be 2 large hamburger combos that were actually bacon avocadp burgers. Unfortunately, it seems they completely forgot the avocados...so as an avocado lover, that was a bit disapppinting. The burger was huge and still a great burger though!

They no longer open up the inside to serve meals inside. There are two faded chipped red picnic style tables to eat at. It could be a little cold or wet in inclement weather. But, as long as you understand what you're getting, it shouldn't be a problem. They do keep it neat and tidy and the servers and cooks are awesome! Most people pick up their order and do take out. Apparently, you can call ahead and order and they even do delivery and catering too! I have always loved this place and been a customer from years back. However, I hadn't been there in years. I introduced my friend to it after voting, and he loved it too. Which is why we were back today...the best "dive" with the best...
