The Master Tailoring. — Local services in Hemet

Normally I'm not one to post a bad review and I appreciate small businesses. However, the costumer service for this place has driven me to. I had called in advance to get a quote on tailoring a dress. The woman said it was be $22 and would take two days to complete and that I should come early in the morning. This conversation happened after I had called about 4 times until someone finally answered. Upon showing up right when they open on Saturday, I saw a hand written sign on the door saying they were closed that day. The door was wide open so I asked if they were and a gentleman said yes. I tried on my dress in their dressing room, that doesn't have any locks. He did the measurements and I was told it wouldn't be done until Thursday after 3 and it would be $35. On Thursday, I called 4 times until a man answered the phone. I asked him to see if my dress would be ready since my husband would be picking it up. He said it needed to be pressed but would be done after 3. My husband arrived at 430 pm and was told that it wasn't ready and he needed to come back in 30 mins. He also mentioned that they would be closed until Monday after that day. My husband told them how I called ahead of time to make sure it would be done and they gave him attitude. I don't understand mistakes or miscommunication can occur, but there was no need to be rude. The dress turned out alright, they definitely did not press it and they kept the original wrapping I brought my dress in and didn't return it. Very uspet with the overall process. Just figured I would warn those that look at their website and reviews saying how amazing they are. Clearly it's too good to be...

I can't say enough good things about this shop! Went in for a Tuxedo order and the gentleman that helped us was so amazing. It was BUSY, and he juggled at least 5 customers at once with expertise and kindness while never skipping a beat, rushing or getting flustered. He was so knowledgeable and was able to fit the entire suit perfect. Then I went back for a very last minute dress alteration. I believe it was Raquel who helped us. She was amazing as well! Beautiful work on a time crunch! I will ALWAYS have my alterations done at Master Tailoring from here on...

They are absolutely the best if you need anything I mean from casual to formal they’ve got it all and they do it all I needed a dress for a wedding and I found one in her store and it was six sizes too big and way too long but she took it in and brought it up and made the dress very beautiful for the occasion I highly recommend this place if I can give them 10...
