Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Hemet

So me and my husband went to this establishment just now, We had the worst experience ever. As we were pulling up into the drive through to the window there was a worker cleaning the drive through floor. We did not know if she seen us because she made no effort to acknowledge that we were there. So we try to say excuse me and still no response, so we honk. The girl finally looks up at us with the stare of death. So I’m assuming that upset her as we pulled to the window the girl that’s in the drive-through window open the window and I tell her I don’t think that girl like that too much. The girl in the drive-through window proceeds to say no she didn’t you honking at her pissed her off. You should have waited until she was done. Excuse me…….my husband had to get to work Plus, the girl that was cleaning the drive-through floor didn’t even acknowledge us when we first pulled in and was like excuse me. That was the rudest Customer Service ever we pulled out of the drive-through. We didn’t even pay for the food that we ordered. We didn’t get the food either for what reason why would I give my money to an establishment that higher rude people. And it’s so sad to say this is why we hardly go anywhere in the city of Hemet because we get treated this way we rather drive to Menifee, Murrieta or Temecula to...

My children and I were having a really rough day. It had just been one thing after another. I decided I was too tired to make dinner so we stop here and got some food. My kids were being very impatient and I was trying to check the allergy list online because I have a child that’s allergic to eggs and peanuts, I ordered kids chicken nugget meal, not realizing by the time I got to the window that had eggs in it . The man working the window easily made the switch to something my daughter could eat. He was extremely polite and was very helpful. We had to pull forward and wait for him to bring out our food. It was not a long wait at all while checking the food. I realize we were missing a large fry that I ordered. before I could even get out of the car, he was running to the car to bring it to me apologizing for missing it. His customer service was awesome and made a stressful day a lot better. I called to let his supervisor know how awesome he is and she suggested I do a Google review I was told his name is Jose. I don’t know who the lady behind the counter was when I went there, but she was extremely rude and while she was doing so smiling in my face. All I wanted was to get to try this beyond burger since it was beyond day, but since I didn’t say the phrase (which I had no idea I had to say it) she wouldn’t give me the deal. I apologized and said I didn’t know there was a deal, and asked if I really couldn’t get it anymore. She just had all this attitude on her face and was like “no I’m sorry you can’t I’m not gonna sell it to you. I’m not gonna sell it to you”. Like I said before, this whole time she’s just smiling but it’s so incredibly fake. I have social anxiety so this just made the situation way worse. I couldn’t say anything so I just started to walk out, and she turns to her other girl behind the counter and they LAUGH. Please teach your employees how to be kind with your customers. WILL NOT be going to this location again....
