I'm a little disappointed with the customer service. They were having some issues with their plastic Lids so it took me about 20 minutes to get my order. I ordered the Okinawa milk tea and it tasted super bitter and disgusting. I was obviously not satisfied that I waited so long and it didn't taste right. So I went back to see about getting a different drink and she said she wasn't allowed to do that. So I asked if I could get it remade and add more sweetness to it and she said yes. She remade my order and it only tastes slightly sweet it still tastes watered down and bitter. I've worked for a small business boba shop in the past and I understand things can be hard to manage which is why I gave it three stars instead of one. I'm not so much disappointed with the drink as I am with the customer service I really don't see what the problem was for getting a different drink....Because here I am 40 minutes later with a drink that I still don't like because it doesn't taste right. This is a nice little family owned restaurant that you should go to if you’re in the mood to try something new. I personally ordered the “Okinawa Milk Tea” because I saw that it was marked as a popular choice. It’s a rich flavorful milk tea, the flavor reminds me of coffee jelly in a way. I enjoyed it! My topping was crystal boba, and you can’t go wrong with that. I think that if I was to order normal boba or brown sugar boba the sweetness would be overpowering. The girl with glasses and black hair had HORRIBLE customer service. I went to get boba and the drink I got didn’t come with it so when I ordered I asked for boba in it. I then realized when I got my order that there was no boba in my drink so I went back and the girl with glasses and black hair was the one in front so I told her that the barista who made my drink forgot the boba and she said “she didn’t charge you for the boba” and I was appalled because who says that?! I asked for boba and they forgot it so how is that my mistake? She didn’t bother to ask to fix it or anything. Horrible...
