TLDR: don’t come here. Incorrect orders. Rude staff. No longer worth the wait or price.

Additional edit: customer service here sucks now, I won’t ever be back. Whoever they have working here now are so incredibly rude I don’t know what the owner is thinking hiring them they’re going to put them out of business. After so many years of great service, recently they have new hires that absolutely don’t care about customers or the business. Despite the poor service last time, went here again because of the many years prior of service hoping the last time was a one off. They charged for extra sides that they didn’t put in the bag. I didn’t check this time because of the rude service last time when I checked, and I didn’t want to offend them again by checking. Called multiple times after arriving home and nobody answered. Drove back and walked up because the drive through line was so long at that point but they refused to help unless I waited in line again. They were extremely rude about me wanting my sides or money back for sides I didn’t receive but paid for, laughing that it “only $1”. They tried to gaslight me by saying it was my fault for not checking my order. Which is so wrong considering if I tell you my order, i should receive what I ordered. It should not be up to me to check your work. But, I do get that mistakes happen. But I don’t expect to be gaslit into feeling I’m in the wrong for trusting that you gave me what I ordered, nor do I expect to be chastised when I ask for the mistake to be corrected. This place is not what it used to be. I’ve seen a lot of a good review last about another burger joint nearby that I’ll be going to from now on and I’ll never recommend this place to anyone else again. Message to the owner….whoever you new hire are….you might want to reconsider before they cost you to keep loosing business. Side note: I usually order a cheeseburger and this time I ordered a cheeseburger with avocado and bacon. But there was no avocado, the bacon was not at all fresh, seemed like microwave bacon at best. And they switched the cheese from American to Swiss (which I didn’t ask for and don’t like). Either update your menu to show what your options include or advise your customers. I had to scrape off the Swiss and add my own cheese at home and recook it. After I also paid for extra cheese. Not to mention I paid extra for no avocado and gross microwaved bacon. I wish I had checked my burger before going back the first time but again, I thought they at least gave me what I ordered on my burger. Not my bad. Theirs. On so many levels. This place has become a joke.

Edit: normally I have a very good experience at this restaurant, but tonight I had a less than ideal experience. The lady at the window was rather rude. She gave me my food and I opened it to check that the sides i asked for were there, when I looked back up to get my drink, I saw her rolling her eyes. As I grabbed my drink I said thank you and she ignored me and closed the window in my face and walked away to talk to coworkers. Not sure if I offended her by checking my order or what but not at all the friendly service I’ve come to know from this place….

OP: Friendly staff. Good food. Be prepared to wait for a little bit, but it's worth it because they make the food fresh when you order it. Large portions, one order can feed 2 people so order...

This is our new favorite place in town. We moved to the east side of Hemet recently and we've been looking for new food spots and this place is IT!

I have waited to write this review because I wanted to try a few different things with my family to see if this place was a "one trick pony" type of place or the real deal. Well, it's the real deal, folks. We have tried their burgers and they are huge and tasty. Their fries are always crispy, even after driving them home for 10-15 minutes. That's saying something. Their zucchini fries are my wife's favorite, so crispy and tasty, not bitter and soggy like Farmer Boys zucchini. Their pastrami sandwich is gigantic, good to feed two people! Be aware that their pastrami is cut on the thick side so that might not be to your liking. The bread can get soggy (because there is so much meat) but this is standard with any pastrami sandwich. Their gyro is awesome, with TONS of meat in it. Yum! Their chicken nuggets are a standout. Yes, you heard right: these nuggets are crispy and tender on the inside, not dry like McDonald's. Everything they give you can feed an army. For a family of four, we usually get either two fries, or one zucchini and one potato fry and share. And lastly... Their peanut butter shake. Le pièce de résistance! You can definitely share their large with 2-4 people to start, but after you try it, each of you might want their own.

So if you are looking for a new spot for fast food and you're in town, do NOT skip this place. You will get your money's...

Sadly I have to post this,on my 30min lunch break I was craving a sourdough burger,I’ve been requesting this for years it’s my #1 go to,but I had a situation where the ranch was spilt all over the food,and sadly the bag ripped and all the food spilled on the ground due to the ranch.Also I was disappointed to see the usual sourdough burger was in fact not cooked the way I normally get it,this has happened twice now during afternoon hours,when I come at night they cook it exactly how it’s suppose to be,not sure if it’s a different cook or something..But upon returning,to my surprise I didn’t even know they don’t allow customers inside anymore,both doors were locked,when I knocked to state my issue,some lady aside from the cashier spoke to me with the door still remained closed and locked,I asked if she could open the door,I was clearly showing her all the ranch that had spilled on me and the bag being ripped,she told me to go to the drive thru,I’m passed my break at this point.I waited an additional 15-20mins and sadly the burger was still not made correctly.I don’t mean to complain but I had stated I wasn’t sure if you guys are toasting the bread in a toaster but I would like it on the grill,I heard the cashier say that to the cook,and unfortunately they still did it the same way,very frustrating when I’m going on a unpaid break,having to go over the break and risk issues with my employer over this,and you still manage to get my...
