Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Hempfield Township

I ordered med 2 topping po,za 2 orders of 8 piece mild hotwings and one 2 liter of Coke. I ordered this for delivery. Although my house is less than 8 minutes from the store, I had it being delivered because it was late at night.

Problem: for the second time in a row my order was wrong. The first time they completely forgot my drink that I paid for. I let them know through the app, then recieved this free pizza which I was attempting to use last night. While I did recieve all categories of my food it was way wrong!

We recieved 2 20oz diet cokes (I'm allergic to the aspartame so couldn't drink them), 2 orders of wings but they were plain and unsauced.

My entire order was cold, literally I had to heat it up in the microwave because it was cold. Order was ready at 9:34p, but wasn't delivered until 10:09p.

In an attempt at getting my correct order, I called to the Greebsburg PA store 4x and could not get an answer. On top of that, the app didn't work, so I couldn't report the issue there to even get a credit. Now because it's after 16 hours later, my order cannot be notated for a wrong issue, so I'm writing this review. This totally sucks that so much money was spent, the order wasn't correct and I couldn't even get it fixed. Buyer beware. Although prices are cheaper than some pizza places here, go with the other pizza places! It's not worth your money to have it wasted on Dominos. Sorry Dominos, I tried you 2x in a row and both...

I left a perfect review for a few reasons. While I can't personally confirm the store atmosphere, their service is above and beyond, so I'm giving them a perfect score there, too.

This evening, 04/26/24, I placed an order on the Domino's app. I messed up when placing my order. I thought I had paid for the pizza with the card saved on my account, but I didn't check/click the correct boxes. When the delivery driver showed up, I took the pizzas, handed him a cash tip, and went to shut the door. After he very politely told me I still had to pay for the pizzas, I was mortified. I didn't have enough cash on hand to pay for the pizzas, and he reassured me this wasn't a big deal, and I could call the store to pay that way (which was a huge relief to me in that moment, I enjoy ordering from this location, and I'd very much like to not rip off one of my favorite go-to pizza places). He and the other person on the phone were so kind, polite, and patient with me. I really can't say enough nice things about them, after my own mishaps.

I went in late at night and picked up my pizza and sub, costing around $15. I gave them a $50 and got my change and left.. got home ate, etc. woke up and looked in my wallet.. they gave me change for a $20. I didn’t think to check my change and I’ve gotten pizza there numerous times and never had issues.. went in today and explained to them, showed them the order. They said the drawer wasn’t over any money and they can’t give me the correct amount back. My boyfriend explained to them again and asked if they could check the cameras because $30 means a lot to some people (us). They insisted they can’t and they’d talk to the owner. We’re HIGHLY doubting that we actually get a call back. We’re highly dissatisfied and disappointed that we got our money stolen. We would tip them good every time we got delivery.
