Five Below — Local services in Hempfield Township

Me and my mother stopped in here to grab some Christmas gifts and realized that about 50% of the store was not wearing masks. AS YOU KNOW, PENNSYLVANIA is spiking with Covid cases.

This is word for word from the CDC: "The Order requires individuals to wear a face covering when indoors, irrespective of physical distance. When outdoors, one must wear a face covering when with others who are not members of the person's household and unable to maintain sustained physical distance."

When I brought this to the spineless manager's attention, he told me he can't enforce it and there's nothing he can do about it. Walmart enforces it, no mask, no entry. Marshalls/Homegoods/TJ Maxx enforces it, no mask, no entry. Target enforces it, no mask, no entry. Lowes is the same. Home Depot is the same.

So you're telling me in a tiny store where people are literally on top of each other, 5 Below shouldn't be enforcing the wearing of masks.

I will NEVER shop here again and this complaint has been sent...

I absolutely love this store. They have the best last minute gifts, its a fantastic place to take a kid to buy a reward for good grades, they have the cutest pillows, blankets, makeup, games oh and the books are so much fun! Im not a big book reader or a writer (obviously) but I found the coolest book while Christmas shopping. It is called 400 writing prompts. So its almost like a journal but they are short answers but it is fun to do. They also have cool Hardback cover books like cookbooks, World record books(that are usually $20), cool sports books, journals for kids and adults, coloring books for kids and adults, just the coolest things you dont see everyday. They also have A LOT of electronic stuff like phone accessories, phone cases, headphones of all types. I could go on and on. It is a must if you are...

My kids choose to come here every single time they get money. The employees are mostly teens and are always SO kind, helpful, and friendly. They have started offering more and more products above the $5 price point (dragon pictured was $15) which gives you more options but makes it harder to keep my children under control bc they think money is an irrelevant concept, they just want everything. I always have so much fun bringing my kids here for the unique finds (fake Duff beer, a Dwight Schrute air freshener, all the 90’s candy!). It’s a positive...
