Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Hempfield Township

Normally, 95% of the time this is a cool place to eat. This last time though they were using such over powering cleaner that I had to sit in my car to eat my food. I mentioned it to a few employees who did not even bother to inform management as far as I know. One said it's policy. Look honey, not to be rude, but I've been eating at Chic-fil-A for about 38 years. Never once, until this last visit, did I ever encounter such a horrendous cleaning smell. I have asthma thank you very much and have enough trouble alone just breathing most days let alone adding additional harsh chemicals into the mix. At the time I stated you shouldn't use them around customers. You could smell it going in the door. Apparently the employees are so use to the smell that they can no longer smell it.

My recommendation is this now. Even though most days the drive thru is longer than inside, go through the drive thru if you want to buy food at this specific Chic-fil-A. You will avoid two potentially bad situations. 1. Possible overuseage of cleaning products around customers 2. Screaming kids (I always recommend keeping one set of ear plugs on you anywhere you go. In this manner you still hear screaming kids, but it will muffle any potential damage to your ears. I have spoken with several who get "triggered" by screaming kids. Either that, or go to a restaurant that doesn't permit kids. Yes folks; they do exist out there.

Your best idea though would be to stay home altogether and cook your own food. That's my input. You can always prepare and store or freeze your food and when hungry go from there. It's the same way you should eat and have a list before going to the...

Fast and friendly service like no other.. there was a mistake with my order. The breading was missing on the top of my chicken sandwich. I kindly asked to have it replaced because the breading is what makes it so good. She not only brought me a new sandwich she told me to keep the old one sice it would be thrown away anyway. She also told me if there was any problem with my new sandwich jus simply bring it back to her and she would have them drop me a fresh one and give me some coupons for my next visit. I love chicfila. They have a positive friendly atmosphere with Christian music playing. They respect god and are closed on Sundays. The restaurant is always clean and I've never had to wait more than one minute for my food. usually they have it ready before I'm finished paying for it. And the food is always fresh and hot. Great job chic Fil a. keep it up and u guys will definately keep my business. And I will definately spread the word around. Best fast food joint out there. Even my sandwich had love for me, it was in a heart shape lol. But no seriously if u haven't tried the chic fil a sauce on the chicken sadwich, you should definately try it....
