Do not, I mean DO NOT, order online pick up from this Arby’s. I placed a pick up order and it said it will be ready at 5:30. I get there about 5:40, my order is not ready. There was a couple next to me waiting on their online order as well, they said it was supposed to be ready at 530 too. As we are waiting, a young boy employee ask are we waiting on online orders, we are like yes. And then he starts taking peoples orders at the register. Every person that was ordering their food, got their food while we were still waiting for ours. There was a manager there helping with the food orders, she and the other employees never said anything to us and to why our orders were not done. Long story short, 6:15, my order is ready. No one said it was ready, I just saw the employee put it on the counter. On top of that, I check my order, and it is freaking wrong. I tell the manager, she remakes it. Read moreWaited at the drive thru for a crazy amount of time considering there was 3 cars including myself. When I finally got to the menu board I waited for what felt like forever. Right as I was about to drive off a voice asked me for my order; which I gave... Silence. Then a different voice came across the speaker so I order again. When I got up to the window the lady didn't say a word to me or even look at me, she was so invested in whatever conversation she was having with her coworker. She took my card and handed me my small shake all but simultaneously which was great. Then I waited I'm not sure how long but from when I looked at the clock and got my slider I'd waited 8 minutes. Which is kind of just crazy to me. If she would've opened the window and said something at least like "her we're running a little behind" or ANYTHING that would've been fine but like I said she didn't even look at me let alone talk to me. The food was okay, the fries were a bit cool but happily not overcooked and still tender (I think some Arby's overcook them and they are too hard) After I ordered I was told they were out of iced tea- a young woman working there told me she is the one who cleans the containers. I asked if they were making some. (I really wanted an iced tea and was willing to wait if they were making some!) She said no, they probably wouldn't make any more. I asked, "You don't plan to make any more tea?", thinking maybe I misunderstood her. It was about 6:00 pm, so it seemed unreasonable to not expect more iced tea would be made. She said no, it was time for her to get off and she had to clean the containers so they wouldn't be making any more tea. I got an iced coffee instead, no cream.
