Hardee’s — Restaurant in Henderson

I have to comment on this restaurant because this is my work place...I'm speaking for myself & my team of workers. I have worked a lot of different jobs in my career. Never have I worked fast food until July of 2021....this is the hardest job I have ever worked. Getting to work at 4am preparing homemade biscuits while my other Team Member Ms. T prepares the other breakfast foods and Ms. Mitzi gets Coffee, Tea & other foods ready for customers to start lining up in drive-thru @ 5am. I would love to see some customers be a little kinder and put themselves in our shoes just for a day. For those regular customers that show there appreciation by there patients & kind words....WE AS A TEAM AT HARDEE'S REALLY DO APPRECIATE YOU AND WE DO KNOW WHO THOSE CUSTOMERS ARE. Bradley ...The manager in Henderson Kentucky. At 100 North Green Street , On September 14... I pulled in for Lunch And I stalled at the intercom and was in a mirror Panick because I was holding up the line as well as I knew. I was late for work getting back. I live in Dawson Springs and I was all the way up here in Henderson. Bradley Came out the back door and comforted me gave me my meal and drink... Offered to call someone for me. Kept checking on me from time to time. It was hot that day.. He offered me to come inside And sit in the air conditioning. He kept coming out to make sure that my drink was full. And that I was okay. I was not familiarized with the area so I did not know who to Call so he helped me figure that portion out. Knowing that I was still in a mirror panic and confusion. I ordered 2 but breakfasts, bacon egg and cheese biscuit with a large hash rounds and a burrito meal with a small hash. I get up to the window, and the guy that handed it out to me, handed it out incorrectly and most of it fell on the ground. He said that was a biscuit bacon egg , a burrito 2 small rounds. I said no it was the sandwiches and a large hash round and a small one. He decided to argue with me. I told him I didn't need his attitude, just my food. He continued to smart off. I asked to talk to the Manager, which he was nice and got my correct order. I work Customer service at my job. That is no way to treat your customers, they are actually your pay check. I also did not receive a receipt. I suppose this young African American didn't want me to know his name. I...
