Pony Express Pizza — Restaurant in Henderson

We order 1 pepperoni thin crust pizza and 1 sausage pizza with bread sticks. I get it home to find out that they gave us 2 sausage pizzas one thin crust and one regular. We called to to let them know that the order was messed up, so they did say that they would replace it. Ok that's fine, but we asked if they would deliver it, oh yeah they would deliver but they will charge us a delivery fee. First of all it was their mess up, so we shouldn't be paying a delivery fee. What gets me is I live 5 miles away one direction, where is my pick up fee for their mess up. Needless to say I wasn't a very nice person when I had to return. I will not order any more pizzas from this place with the rudeness of the staff. And quite honestly I would rather pay 10 times more for anyone else's pizza than to ever order another pizza from...

What pizza place has closing hours of 8pm on a weekend. Let alone when you call at 7pm to place an order they dont answer. You drive by the place and the lights are on and people are inside cleaning and shutting things down. What happened to this place. Used to be the best in town, now its become a joke. Here yet again, tried to call on Friday evening at 530 to order a pizza and the phone rings and rings. Just close the place down if you dont want to work and do your job. Ive ordered pizza from here for almost 30 years. And this is the saddest this company has ever been. Open 4 days a week, and shutdown on the big money days you should be open. Close the doors and do the people that like the pizza a favor, instead of making everyone want something...

This place used to be extremely exclusive, you could only get food from there if they randomly happen to be open and the only way to know if they were open was to drive there and see for yourself.

It gave the place a real vibe that only us exclusive folks who understood the mysterious and confusing business model were worthy of those breadsticks.

Now they have new owners who have spoiled all the fun by “answering the phone” or “being open on a consistent schedule”

Well enjoy the great food Henderson, but just know, you didn’t earn it!
