Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Henderson

Crazy by the other reviews, but Ive found the pizza to be surprisingly good. Cheese, sauce, crust, etc all good (Deep Dish & most notably the thin crust). I kinda rediscovered them recently looking for a quick cheap pie and ended up ordering a few times since. I I use the app and pick up at the portal and the order has always been correct and the pizza has been spot on. Today, I actually accidentally ordered a regular round (which I don't care for at all) instead of the thin crust, called them up and they fired up the correct one for me. So that's great customer service on my end and what prompted me to write this review. 5 stars for what it is, efficient and tasty inexpensive pizza 🍕 👍

1/29/19 Had to drop them down to 3 as more recently they just kinda threw my pizzas together and didn't do them the way I ordered. Kinda skimpy on cheese and sauce as compared to previously. The crazy sauces have been less than half full too, kinda stupid. I really don't need much pizza in my life right now so, good excuse to leave them be for...

We used to love this location and never had a problem in the 5 years we’ve come here but the last two times have been awful. Today my husband ordered on the app ahead of time and they quoted the latest time for his order to be ready as 9:22pm…well when he got there they said they forgot to put his order in the oven. What? At 9:41pm he’s still waiting so he asks the worker when it might be ready and they tell him it’s been ready they just didn’t put it out for him. Again what? Why not? The time before this trip the same thing happened where they just didn’t make his order and we waited a whole hour in the lobby. Please step up the customer service. I don’t know if they just don’t like my husband personally but it sure seems that way considering we watched handfuls of people come in and out and their orders were made and...
