My kids normally love this place and I used to enjoy the all-you-can-eat sushi except for the fact that almost every single roll is basically either tempura shrimp crab are spicy tuna until tonight. long story short they were full we were sat at the bar until a table was ready three families were seated before us they brought us our food to the bar and decided to just leave us in the corner when I said I wanted to table they blamed me and said I should have spoke up and said that I still wanted it even though I never said I didn't waitress walked into a table point it to it didn't even wait no utensils no offer for a drink nobody brought our food over I got the food myself and then when I pointed it out to them the eye and another customer who felt bad help me move my own food to my table I was blamed and told that I should have waited longer and that's not their fault so when I asked who the manager was the gentleman said he was not the manager and when I asked to speak to the manager he said he was in charge not once did he apologize or take any responsibility for the whole riffic service then he comes and tries to confront me at the end of the night after I told him that I didn't even want to talk about it anymore because it was clear he was going to take no responsibility for all the horrible things and treatment that we had he sits there and he tells me that they saw me giving my daughter my eight year old daughter more than one piece of sushi to taste and that's against policy and they were doing me a favor not confronting me in front of other customers I told him they were Petty and small for even bringing something like that up when I was still waiting for an apology for their horrible service he still took no responsibility and had the audacity to tell me I didn't have to come there no more I told him I would never go there again then he said okay fine then I guess everything is my fault in a sarcastic manner no less when I just looked at him and was like so you're really not going to take any responsibility and act like tonight was perfect with no fault then he turns around and gives me his back and walks away from me and charged me full price I'll be calling to speak to the actual manager about this but I will never go back there again soon it's not that good to be...
Read moreI have been a die-hard delivery patron to this location for almost a decade now, but for some reason the app was over-loaded tonight. I was having a (female) night and I just didn’t want anything else so I came in to place an order to go. I expected it to be busy, but there were only two people ahead of me in line placing to go orders, and the dining area had one seated table with two ladies well into their meal. I didn’t need to see a menu before placing my order since I’d already tried multiple times online. When I approached the cash register the lady asked me the name for the order, but I said needed to place an order, she asked me the name again, I began to order instead since that might get a better interpretation. Success! After a few repetitions we got the three items on my dinner for two nailed down. I asked her to call me 🤙 when it was ready with an old fashion hand signal. She said “we no call”. I asked her how long it would take. She responded “5 minutes.” That’s the only time estimate anyone received for the 20 minutes I was there. To be honest, I wasn’t all smiles, and I probably came off a bit rude, but I was doing my absolute best. I wasn’t trying to be smart or difficult, I was trying to get a job done. Grubhub drivers and people who showed up after me and placed orders larger than mine received theirs before me. I’ve worked in the restaurant industry for many years, I always tip well due to this, but I tip cash after the service I’ve received. The smallest bill I had was a $10, which is what I would’ve given her… pretty good on a $40 check. But I had to ask her to break it… because she was being intentionally hurtful. As soon as she broke my bill, my food miraculously appeared. By the time I got it home, it was cold. Read moreActual Rating 4 ⭐️ This is the 1st time visiting this restaurant. And for a 1st time visit the food was good. I’d like to come back to get a better idea.
Atmosphere 4⭐️: This is a table service restaurant which is kind of on the basics side with full and half booths.
Cleanliness: 4⭐️ This is a very clean place from what I could see and are concerned with keeping things sanitized during this pandemic. Hopefully it is always that way. I did not venture into the bathrooms but I should have. I like to gage a restaurants cleanliness on their bathrooms.
Service: 4.5⭐️. The service was good. Our server was on top of making sure our drinks were filled and that we were taken care of. The food was ready very quickly.
Food Quality & Taste: 4⭐️ I had the Singapore Curry Noodles. This dish has always been one of my favorites and this place makes them with a great flavor. My daughter had Sweet and Sour Chicken, which I tried and that was also tasty.
Price/value: 3.5⭐️ We had the dinner portions and they give you a decent amount of food for the price.
Summary: A good experience. I would like come back and try something different. My only complaint is that I wish the place would post a digitized menu on Google maps so that I can read what they have better than trying to look...
