This used to be one of my favorite places to visit when I needed something simple and quick. They were usually always friends and a fast experience. This round however was Terrible. I can't say if I'd come back. The food, the wait, the service. Just all around bad. We called in a simple order of one pepperoni pizza and a single order of wings. We were told 15 mins. We get there 15 mins later and they said they are just waiting on the wings. Around 30 mins they said they are still waiting on the wings, and that it takes no less than 15 mins to cook. 15 mins later they said the same thing (in other words, they kept forgetting the order)...of course this point I watched a lady come in, order and walk away with wings (pretty sure those were ours). Meanwhile we had food sitting in the car all this time from next door (Panda) cold now, and I said we just need a refund and are leaving. They mentioned waiting on the wings again but refunded it and handed me the money. As I'm about to walk away, they asked if we still at least want the pizza as it was ready. I said sure.... if it's ready right this moment. They said yes it is. So I said sure, and they said....that'll be $5.40...........so I hand them back some money, and they hand me the pizza.    Read moreIn the 30 minutes I spent here, I didnt see one customer leave happy. While waiting in line I ended up placing my order online. I get to the front counter and advise the clerk. She disappears for 10 min and comes back with the shift leader who asks to see my order receipt. I show her my phone and she says I put the store address in wrong. I never put the store address in to begin with, it populated from the website. She then tells me I won't be getting my order since it says Lake mead Dr, not Pkwy. I explained to her that I have no control over that, it came from your company website. And she tells me that I can't pick up the pizza I paid for. So I told her to just refund my money then, and she says she can't since the order never came to the store. During all this the original clerk comes back with a receipt that has my order on it and she says oh, it just came in. Do you want your money back or the food now? Really?! Edit: After coming here pretty regularly for the past year or so, I've begun to notice issues when ordering online and picking up at the Pizza Portal. About half the time the email/alert is accurate and I'm able to stop in for all of 15 seconds to grab my pizza, but the other times I see my name on the list but there's nothing in the actual slot. I've actually seen up to three names on the "ready' board, but absolutely nothing in any slots. This could be a technical issue, but I would caution people to double check everything before scanning your QR code. It's always been resolved by letting the person at the counter known what's going on, but sometimes you're stuck waiting for them to help someone else and can be seen by others in line as "cutting", so you can be in a...
