To exacerbate matters, when seeking a resolution, I was directed to contact my bank to initiate a claim to recover the overcharged amount. This approach seemed unprofessional and contrary to the standards of customer service I would expect from a reputable gym like Planet Fitness.

The person who called me on 01/22/2024 was incredibly rude, constantly interrupting me, turning things around to make me feel insignificant, and insisting that the issue was still my problem. Avoid this gym at all costs – they have the talent to make you feel horrible in the worst possible way and still won't grant me a refund. They show zero concern for your well-being. I've been sick for over a week, and they couldn't even send me the paperwork to terminate my membership. Instead, they insisted I had to go down there in person to sign it. Going in person has only worsened my health. This is beyond frustrating.
I am reaching a point where a thorough investigation into the individuals managing this gym is imperative. The continuous insults and condescending tone directed at me, treating me as if I'm an idiot, coupled with the refusal to refund the unauthorized charge, is beyond unacceptable. The manager's incessant interruptions made the conversation unbearable, leaving me feeling degraded and unable to voice my concerns.

I told Her where was your customer service skills at then she stood quiet while when I was leaving the gym she was already outside she was getting into a car with 2 other people they waited in that vehicle for 2 to 3 minutes watching me to see what car I was going to get in to when I was with my kids at this point I'm not even going to get into my car every night I go to Walmart after the gym so i said lets just walk to Walmart bcause I don't want them to know what kind of car I drive they pulled up wasn't even a parking spot all 3 of them got out one of them pops the trunk got something out then all 3 were standing outside of the car smoking cigarets so obviously they wanted to fight Lexi who works in the gym started calling me names cussing at me the passenger also started saying something derogatory things i told them why dont they just drive away why are they watching me they start yelln things i willnt post it was that bad so i said im going back in the gym having them pull the camera's call cops i get in the gym tell the staff whats going on one of them runs outside to see whats going on this was at 1025 she was outside talking to them tell 11i wasnt leaving that gym untell something was done one of the managers came in she had me Wright a statement i was still at the gym at 1155 this is crazy to me that a employ with a car full of people wanted to fight me outside. Also she told me she knows where i live so this isnt ok i havnt heard back from no one from the gym at all its like whatever to them . so be very aware if you make some one mad thier they can pull your address phone num credit card num. I did not want to have to come on here and say what happen last night but when I call the gym this afternoon the young man that I spoke to brush's it off and told me that the GM already knows about it and there's nothing that he could do I asked him for corporates number he told me he doesn't know it I asked him how do I transfer my membership over to another gym he said he don't know this is unbelievable. Cameras don't lie it shows that she was waiting for me when I walked out those doors and I'm very appalled that management doesn't care so it's more important to keep an employee thats ghetto wants to fight outside . Let's stop supporting these places with this terrible customer service! 2 days ago I was there on my daily routine in the afternoon and they opened my locker, they stole my suitcase with all my things inside in the women's changing room, they stole my car keys and of course they stole my car too! The manager did nothing about it, nor did the police, who were good for nothing, my card was right in the gym's surveillance cameras and my suitcase was inside their facilities and no matter how much I begged them to help me and clarify the theft Nobody did anything, they just stayed silent and still, believe me, you are not safe there, not even your things, except your car, because they and the good-for-nothing manager know it and does nothing!!!
