Store 1432, 898 S Boulder Hwy, Henderson, NV 89015
I decided I wanted del taco for my birthday, and ordered through the mobile app. This was at 9:40. We drove to the building and it was 9:55, and saw our order on the pick up side. When we tried the doors, they were locked. And the lobby doesn't close until 10pm. And we had thought "oh it is ready, we can just grab it and go." This wasn't the case. Instead of informing us the lady, I believe Lia I saw on her name tag, just said rudely "nope not coming in," then yelled "NO" as we were just curious. They also told one of the customers to go out the back so they don't let us in, and he even said so as he was leaving.
So we went through drive through, the guy working there was rude as hell, refused to give a receipt, and was speaking unprofessionally. We asked him about the rewards program and if our points would be added, and he was not knowledgable and just rushed us out despite no one behind or around the building. I did not catch his name, but he spoke in a more displeasing tone and way, as if we were in the wrong.
Now I wanted DelTaco, and I used to come to this location all the time. However, I don't think I will ever return here. I don't know what could be done, but corporate needs to visit this store and see the godawful service themselves.
As for the food, the fries were undercooked, and it was not that great at all. The burritos were poorly wrapped, had an uneven amount of ingredients like they cheaped out, and I know because my besr friend works at one, and every one I get, even at another store is better. I don't know what is going on there, but they need to be looked at if they want to keep business and not drive...
Read moreToday September 7, 2024 store #1432 I was ORDER #50 via the drive through. My drive through total was $4.09. I paid for my order with a $10 bill. The Cashier was handing me my change of $5.91 and dropped $0.81 on the ground. Asked him for my change in my hand and he refused to give me my change in my hand from the cash register a second time. He stated that “You can get out of the car and pick it up if I want it.” It’s 106 degrees outside today. I call the store and requested to speak with the manager. The person who answered the phone said that he was the manager. I informed him of what happened and requested the cashiers name for this review. He stated that the cashiers name is Alex. However, my receipt says that the cashiers name is Richard . He is big chubby guy. Extremely poor customer service experience because of this guy! He needs to be reprimanded and retrained on how to treat customers. I’m the easiest going person and I’m not known for causing trouble. Richard or Alex whatever his name is, motivated me to write my first bad review ever online. I truly hope that he’s not at the window if I decide to return to that...
Read moreThe food isn't bad. The manager or whoever he is has bad manners. After work I pick up my daughter and we get takeout from here and eat it in my truck while she does her homework. We use their restroom to wash our hands before and after we eat. Yesterday I went in to ask to use their restroom and before I could, without looking up from what he was doing the guy says "the restroom is for paying customers only". I started to tell him I just ordered but I just said oh okay and left. It was kind of embarrassing. Because I renovate dilapidated properties so after work my clothes are dusty I cover my hair with a scarf and beanie. So I can only imagine what he thought of me.
