I’ve come to this location several times to pick up lunch. Service is okay if the store is completely empty, but if there are any other customers, expect to wait. The cashier (blonde woman in her 50s-60s) isn’t very efficient when there are multiple orders.
I placed a mobile order and arrived when it was scheduled to be completed. I was told that I had to wait while she took orders from walk-ins. Why would you take more orders before completing one? It just causes things to get backed up, but I don’t think she understands that. There were maybe 10-15 people waiting for their orders at this point because she thought it was a better idea to take everyone’s orders all at once instead of taking/completing them in increments. Again, as she put together the orders, a normal person would hand out the orders as they’re made. Instead, this cashier decided to assemble ALL the orders first, then hand them out. It seems like she does a single task all at once instead of multitasking.
Most people would also hand out the food in the order it was ordered or when the customer arrived. I placed my order 15 minutes in advance, so I’m sure I was one of the first to placed an order. My order was the first one to be put on the back counter, but I was the last one given my food.
Overall poor experience, could have been avoided with a bit of common sense, but unfortunately common sense isn’t very common nowadays.
Also, the previous time I went, I was the only one in the store and they still somehow managed to get my order incorrect and gave me the wrong protein....
Read moreFood really pretty good - hence the 2 stars, but cashier not. I patiently waited while cashier took order of gent in front of me, and then disappeared to back to prep to go orders. No worries-it is understandable. After a few minutes she pops back and apologizes for making me wait. “No worries” I tell her. Place my order, pay and sit down to wait-this was at 1:10 (had the receipt). Several more gents behind me make their orders. The gent who ordered in front of me gets his food. Then it starts going downhill-the 3 gents who were in line and ordered AFTER me get their orders. Even this would be fine if I had a large order-nope, I ordered for one. Then after 2 more gents get their orders, and it’s now 1:35, I ask the cashier where my order is. Her response - “they ordered before you”. Uh, no, lady, they did not. Plus I got to wait another 10 minutes, and watched more people get their orders. What I did notice that all those folks had in common was they were all MEN and it appears to me you treat other women as second class citizens. Really?! Is this how you want your daughters to be treated or even yourself? I’m very disappointed with this. All I wanted was for my order to be filled in the order received. You’ve lost my business - unless she is willing to make an apology. This is the second time this particular cashier has pulled this BS. The first time I let it go, and figured she had a bad day. No, it’s her attitude-not cool to treat anyone any different for any reason. Last time I looked that was discrimination. Uh, no, not...
Read moreReally frustrated with this Teriyaki Madness. I love their food and have for years the biggest frustration with them for me has always been actually getting my food from them. I was so hopeful when they built a new restaurant with a drive thru, however while the new store has been open for months I've yet to see the drive thru open once.
Then today happened and I was so frustrated I don't know that I'll go back. I ordered ahead in the app which I usually do and noticed they now offered curb side pickup so I was pretty excited. I ordered my food, filled out my car details, gave them the license plate number, make, model, color, etc. when I got there I checked in on the app and waited.
For 20 minutes.........
After giving up I went in and my order was just sitting on the counter getting cold. It's not like they were busy either they had two guys sitting and eating and no other customers so they just refused to bring it out to me and I sat there and wasted a whole bunch of time. Really...
