My coworker brought me a menu, and told me that the sourdough is flown in from San Francisco. Say no more… San Francisco sourdough is amazing! So I had to try it. Did not disappoint.
The owner was there and he was a total sweetheart. Introduced himself and talked to us about his shop. Come to find out he organized the massive trunker treats my daughter grew up going to in the antique mall. The staff took time to explain the menu, all the sauces.
Loved the vibe! Games at the tables was awesome. I love me a fun game of bones! Then there is Rat Fink imagery, he is the quintessential symbol of car people. Anyone who knows car people, knows that they are chill, and fun. This is the vibe 100%.
The sourdough was pillowy soft, they did not skimp on the meat either. Amazing sandwiches! Everyone in my house agreed this is the new sandwich spot. I can’t wait to try all the different sandwiches.
Hands down great services, great food, and...
Read moreTo start off this has nothing to do with the food itself.. the sandwich’s were some of the best I’ve ever had. But when it came to the customer service, Shelby, was very rude to me and blamed it on how busy he was and didn’t have much training on the computers.. This was my first experience here and was excited to try their food after seeing all the great reviews. I’m sorry but when I eat somewhere I don’t want to feel like a burden with the cashier huffing and puffing and having an attitude when he doesn’t even ask all the right questions to begin with. I’ll take my business elsewhere! Which is sad because I loved the food but not enough for someone to treat me like that. I just had high expectations with customer service after seeing the reviews, but I guess everyone gets a different experience. I would not have “Shelby” at the cash...
Read moreLove this place. This city has needed a sandwich shop for a very long time. First off, Gary the owner, is always present and helping with whatever needs to be done weather its taking orders, making sandwiches, or taking out the trash. That's a good leader. I'm from San Francisco which is known for it's sourdough bread, and the sourdough here is the best I've had. Do yourself a favor and get the Dutch Crunch. Nowhere else in this city can you get sourdough like this. They have a huge variety of sandwiches. So far my favorite is The Sphere. The macaroni and potato salad are also great. Their grand opening is November 10th and I absolutely will be there. I'll be there a a lot. Oh and since Gary is a car guy, the TVs always have something car related on which I...
