I was nervous at first trying cryotherapy but this is the best thing ever for my back pain and migraines . I never realized how many benefits are derived from cryotherapy, and I now find myself feeling more energized and refreshed. So this was my first time ever doing this and I was a bit nervous but Erika was extremely nice, professional and knowledgeable.

They have good music playing in the room with the cryo machine which helped ease the coldness and made me more comfortable. They provide a robe, socks, slippers, and gloves for you and have changing rooms where you can keep your stuff. She made the process extremely easy by talking to me during the 3 minute which seem very short but when you are blasted with freezing air, talking to someone really helps make the time go by faster. (Instead of counting down the seconds in your head)

Overall, the experience was great and not scary at all, and I'm the type that is always super cold and cannot stand the cold.

The sauna is amazing, I feel incredible after using it, mental clarity, awesome boost of energy, boosts metabolism and immune system, and I sleep like a rock.
