UPDATED: After leaving the below review the location called me to hear about the poor visit I endured and apologized for the situation so I decided to go back weeks later to see if anything changed and was pleasantly surprised! Went through drive through and employee was friendly and efficent. Food was made fast and delicious and the experience was 100% better then the previous visits. Will stop by again when i am in the area. Thank you for the experience. Previous visit-Decided to give this location a 2nd chance and they reinforced my decision to never come back to this location. Horrible customer service. I stood there several minutes while 1 lady was preparing the food and the other lady was talking orders from drive through- made drinks- took payment- and added the sauce packets. Neither acknowledged me until 2 other drive through orders were filled. I had a reward that I wanted to order with add one like jalapenos and onions. Drive through lady told me to go to the qr code which I did then she said she would take care of the rest and turned away from me back to the drive through window. I started to order 2 tacos then she told me to hold on as she completed another drive through order and starts to take the 4th order through the headset when I decide to leave. Will not be back.    Read moreDel Taco used to be a great place to go and they used to have a very high rating but over the last year they have jacked up their price and constantly have rude employees who don't even know the menu or make the food correctly and sometimes even overcharged you because they don't know how to use their own computer systems.
This place has gone way downhill I used to give them four star rating now they get a two.
Like just today I went there and they changed all their menu to rename all their stuff with was completely unnecessary and I asked for a motto chicken burrito and got some grilled chicken epic burrito that was not even remotely the same and they charged me more for something I didn't even ask for.
I don't know why these restaurants constantly think they need to change their menu and the name of their items If it ain't broke don't fix it.
I literally had to go through the better business bureau to get my refund from the money they overcharged / stole for me.
I called four times and talked to their corporate office who consistently promised me they would take care of it and the store would reach out to me and that never happened it wasn't until I called the better Business bureau and have them do it that they sent me a $10 coupon to cover a $13 meal they ruined, that I had to spend at their store but they never actually sent me my $3 they overcharged me.

I waited OVER 30 minutes after being told that my order would be brought out to me, mind you the doors were locked with customers inside (fire code violation), so I had to wait for one of them to leave so the door would be unlocked. Once it was, I was told my order was confused with another one through door dash, even though my order was processed through the Del Taco app directly and it was just being started. After asking why my order was taking so long, the young man working decided to get an attitude with me and tell me that everybody is waiting that long, and I could gladly cancel my order (not possible at that point). I not only waited that long, my order was incorrect and food was THROWN into the bag, not even in a wrapper... That is absolutely ridiculous and I will NOT be back due to the blatant disrespect from staff. I fully intend on contacting the Fire Marshals Office regarding the lack of safety or caring for the well-being of your customers.
