Timbers Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Henderson

We have been to Timbers at this location many times. Unfortunately, this time was not a good experience. When we arrived the waiter Colton H asked if we wanted drinks, we said water was fine. He then asked what we wanted to eat. We asked for menus because the Samsung note 8 will not allow the use of the app... He said he would be right back, 15 minutes later he shows up and wants to take our order. My wife said could we please have menus, he said ok I will get you some. Ten minutes later he comes back to take our order. My wife ordered chicken fingers. Colton asked her if she wanted Ranch dressing, she replied “no, just plain” because she has a lactose allergy. I ordered the grilled chicken club wrap, with no avocado, with onion rings and coleslaw for sides... When the food finally arrived, she had a cup of ranch dressing right in the middle of her plate, and her chicken was very well done. When she looked at my wrap, she discovered that they had put avocado on the sandwich. As I looked at the onion rings, they were very dark and overdone, and there was a $2 dollar charge for them when we got the bill, which I was unaware of. At this point we had other appointments to go to and Colton did not come back to ask if everything was OK in a timely manner. This is the worst experience we have had at this restaurant since it opened, and we are in there at least once or twice a week, usually during breakfast hours and this was later in the day, I guess we’ll stick with breakfast. I am not the person to write reviews but this experience pushed me to it. My boyfriend and I were very excited to make this place our local spot. We live a mile away and timbers has always been one of our favorites. My boyfriend and I were both gambling, he was betting up to $25 hands. Once we cashed out, not even 2 minutes later this bartender (female, dark hair, blue eyes and a half sleeve tattoo) very rudely asked us if we were done because 4 other people were waiting for machines. We were half way done with our beers and were considering to play more. After the encounter with this bartender, we decided to take her extra $10 tip and play it, which we ended up winning (the universe paid off). Once we finished our beers, we were ready to leave when she approached us asking if we were done, again... My boyfriend told her that we would have stayed and played more if she didn’t rush us out. Then she HAD THE NERVE to tell us that WE were being rude?! Are you joking?! We were going to bring our friends and make this our regular spot but now we will NEVER come back. I hope this helps the management to really look into the customer service and consider drug testing their employees because she seemed like she was on some kind of pills. Very unprofessional! No wonder this place wasn’t packed on a Friday night as it should be if it had an excellent customer service. HUGE...

So I have been to this location on my lunch three times in the last week because it’s right across the street. I have 45 minutes for lunch. The service at this location is terrible!! Today we ordered grilled cheeses and it took forever to come even though we ordered right away. At 1:30 we asked for boxes, the check and another drink. We got the drinks, then the boxes, and finally the check. When we asked for the check we explained that we were in a hurry and it still took three trips (four actually cause the waitress also forgot the ranch we asked for when the food was delivered) and almost 15 minutes to get the check. We were late going back to work. I would NOT recommend this if you’re in a hurry! Also on another visit I asked for a salad instead of the fries and Mac and cheese, the did an up charge for the salad and didn’t tell me. I thought that it was more than a fair trade. They have no healthy side option that comes with the meal which feels behind the times!! So if you like to have healthy choices I would again not...
