Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Hendersonville

This place does not deserve a star. Will never never go here again. Called at 3.40 pm an ordered a pizza to be delivered at 5.00 it took me 14 minutes to get the order in because the young man put me on hold 2 times to take pizzas out of the oven finally got the pizza at 6.20 pm. The special i was told was a lage pizza and garlic sticks for 14.99. When it was delivered I was brought 2 pizzas and garlic bread and told it was 38 bucks. The driver called the manager who was absolutely rude and didn't care about anything and explained what was going on and he told me nobody told me it was 14.99 so I ended up paying 25 bucks for a pizza that was burnt and that included the delivery fee they added that they also did not inform me about. The manager never offerd a discount or anything for our trouble. We will never eat here again. Would have been better of to buy a frozen pizza from Publix Grocery store and brought it home and fixed it myself at least it would not have been burnt and would not have taken almost 3 hours and definitely would have been a whole lot better and much cheaper. Do your self a favor and do not order anything from this place. The young lady who delivered our food was outstanding she apologized and could not have been any nicer she deserves a big raise and a promotion. I'll get this out the way before bragging on the website and the taste/quality of the food, the staff could use some help, I guess they're short handed so it makes it hard to keep it a professional as it could or should be. I was reading other reviews about the employees I personally have had no crazy issues with them but they're short handed which can cause irritated and overwhelmed workers left to handle all of it. They're deals online are always #1 compared to the other local pizza joints around. And the quality of their pizzas don't differ with the prices or sizes or deals you choose. They offer multiple choices of crusts for any size pizza which is a huge plus. I order online with this location pretty often and the quality and presentation of my food is always on point. 👌🏼 Oh, and the time it takes them to start preparing my order and having it ready by the time I arrive is ALWAYS accurate to what the website says it will be ready by. And I give their website a 5 ⭐ , it's very simple and easy to navigate and use and as soon as you place your order it will let you know exactly which employee (by name) is preparing it and when they began and let's you follow the order throughout the whole process keeping you informed of the times and all.. not to mention you get awesome deals the more points you accumulate from...

To start things off i had to wait over an hour and half to a 12" pizza and chicken alfredo bowl. it wasnt till only an hour after waiting did i call the location to ask if there was any update due to the online saying it was still being made. the phone was answered by Tim so was rude answering the phone stating my order wasnt even made yet and it wouldnt be made for another hour and half. i told him i wasnt going to at the location i was at for much longer for them to turn it to pick up and i would come get it because he told me if i was to do so it would be ready in 15 minutes!!! he acted like he was sooo bothered by this but finally said he would do so. when i come into the location there was 3 of them working.
