McDonald's — Restaurant in Hendersonville

Lazy employee at 1045pm saying he has to mop so the dining room is closed. The sign on the door says dining room closes at 11pm. If this location closes at 10:45 the sign should say that. If Joe blow wants to go home quicker because he doesn't want to stay after 11:00 to mop that's his problem. Highly doubt the guy mopping the floor has any say over when the restaurant closes. Another disappointing experience from this location. Thanks, Chuck!

Friendly staff first off. However, very slow service. Curbside pickup took 15 minutes. Restaurant was empty drive-thru was not slammed. Order was marked as delivered to our car a few minutes before they even came out. Also don't bother ordering large fries here because you're only going to get the medium quantity. Ripoff.

edit 21MAR2022 A year later still the same old ripoff. Paid for large fries got medium quantity. Drive-thru is very very slow at 4:15 in the afternoon. There is not a long line service is just incredibly slow. Go to the one on Spartanburg highway or four seasons boulevard instead.

EDIT 16JAN2025 Here we are at least two years later with the same lack of value for money spent. What is so hard about filling a fry container? Yes this includes the loose fries that were in the bag. I wonder if the franchise owner ever reads...

This McDonald's is closest to my house so for convenience reasons I have been ordering from this location. This McDonald's (drive-thru) has to be literally the WORST drive-thru I have EVER been through. The only thing that's not totally horrible is the employee in the first window is usually friendly but the 2nd window, I usually have my bag shoved thru the window to me without a word being said from the employee. I also have been "pulled forward" about 50% of the time because my order is not ready and they don't want their drive-thru times to go up. This McDonald's also closes early randomly with no notice on their drive-thru speaker or door. I have been left sitting in line for 15 minutes at 8 pm on a Friday night because this McDonald's has closed early. Tonight is the reason why I will gladly drive to the McDonald's on Spartanburg highway or Four Seasons Blvd...I placed a small mobile order (3 items) at approximately 8:35 pm. When I arrived at this McDonald's drive-thru speaker about ten minutes later, I was informed they were closed and no longer taking orders for th night. Ridiculous, it's relatively early on a Friday night & I wanted my chicken McNuggets!! Really frustrating that I didn't get my food and to have to go back and...

The young man who took my order does not listen to his customers. I ordered a number 7 breakfast meal and what he rang me in for was 1 breakfast burrito and one medium orange juice. I give up on this place ... Never giving my money to this location AGAIN!!!! Aug 3rd 2024. Here I go again. I went to the drive thru at around 11:30 pm and I asked for a double cheeseburger meal. The guy asked me if I wanted a medium or large meal. I said small ... 😂 He rang me up individually as I was looking at the drive thru board and I got to thinking, that's not a meal ... So I drove up to the 1st window and asked why my meal was rung up separately and he said because they don't have a meal and I said well why didn't you say that to begin with? What an idiot and very deceiving until I called him out on it if I could give zero stars on this location I would give a -10 star every time I go through this drive through they can pretty much never get it right and apparently the owner really doesn't care because he I don't see him responding to any of his reviews. August 16th of 2024 I just went to the drive-thru to order some food on a Friday night and they close at 11:00 p.m....
