Bad customer service. When they don’t like your comment about their behavior, they delete it. I guess when you don’t earn positive comments, you block them. How about change your behavior and how you treat customers? I’ve always loved this store until my visit. I asked about the price of an item. They gave me the price and I said I’ll get back in line to purchase after I grab one more item I had seen. I had just overheard them telling a customer over the phone they don’t ship or hold items. After waiting in line for another 45 minutes, the cashier told me she was holding it for someone who had called asking about it. Shop was so neat and everything was super cute. I was able to get a lot of christmas shopping done & found the cutest home decor for myself.

The helping lady up front was incredibly kind & sweet. The manager (or owner?) was not very friendly- even somewhat rude. The store could use a larger location, as the line backs up from the cash register, and it is literally IMPOSSIBLE to walk around without bumping into people/things.

This is cutest store, with the most unique things! I could easily decorate my entire house with its contents. I was gifted a long dough bowl from Southern Chicks, and for every holiday I change out the decorations with items from here.
