My son and I stop here literally all the time in the mornings because it’s right down from the Highschool. Typically it’s hit or miss for beverages and food. Lately though it’s been non stop. I order the same thing every time and the last 3 weeks have been horrible. Typically the service is great however that has dropped also. I have to order at the window a couple of times lately and I literally handed the girl my phone so she could read the two drinks and one food item that I typically get and she literally got the two drink orders wrong and I get two Café lattes one with two pumps of vanilla one and with two pumps of hazelnut and a café latte with five raw sugars, warm. My drink which I prefer warm is either cold or scalding, banana bread is also always cold (for the last 3 weeks) even though it is ordered as warmed. I give a lot of grace because I’ve worked in the customer service, food, and hospitality industry for a significant amount of time and I understand bad days and I understand mistakes. However when I order from you three or four times a week and they have been wrong almost every single time enough is enough.
Also, if you were elderly or if you need a place to sit while you wait for your order, if you have to order at the window, bring a camping chair because there’s no benches and the same girl that read my order also told a man to stand wherever he asked if there was a place to sit, he ended up having to go back to his truck and sit in his truck. You could tell it was hard for him to get in and out, and it was hard for him to walk up to the window and she just waved her hand around and said “stand anywhere and wait!” I was angry at that point. Order was wrong but I had to leave. Do better and treat people...
Read moreIf I could give zero stars, I would. Normally, I wouldn’t bother reviewing a chain because they’re all the same—but this location is an exception, and not in a good way. The service here is beyond terrible, and the employees are some of the rudest I’ve ever encountered. What really pushed it over the edge? A barista actually wrote a personal, uncalled-for message on my sister’s cup: “Stay out of my town.”
I truly hope this is all some kind of misunderstanding and that they didn’t mean it the way it came across. But regardless of intent, it was completely unprofessional and unnecessary. If I were the owner, I’d be embarrassed. And as for the person who wrote that? They should think twice before treating customers this way but I would imagine that they really don’t care. Just rude and weird. Such an odd thing to say, it’s almost funny. While we had a laugh out of it because it was so random later on, it was off putting and one of the strangest experiences we’ve had and at a Starbucks of all places. My advice: just don’t be rude, there’s...
Read moreStingy, rude store manager. Refused to give me a cup of water. I buy stuff from Starbucks all the time and anytime I have needed to roll up and just grab a cup of water, everyone has always been more than happy to give me a cup of water and tell me to have a great day. Manager said they couldn’t do that due to store policy. I asked when that changed and he stammered around for a while and came up with “a couple months ago”. Evidently he thinks he’s the only one following store policy and every other Starbucks is wrong. You have a...
