Had the worst experience today ever in my life. Manger Paulo Cunanan doesn’t know how to deal a simple complaint from a customer. Very unprofessional and rude. Ordered pizza online I been ordering pizza to sycamore hercules place for so long today I experienced the worst. It has been almost one and half hours of wait so I decided to call to follow up my order it was the manager who answered the phone his name is Paulo Cunanan he said and he told me that the driver is on his way and I did got the text message on my phone it’s on the way but still no driver so I waited for another half an hour and called the store and the manager said that the driver went back to the store because he can’t find my address so I told him can you asked him to come back and i’ll wait he said no you have to go to the store and pick it up. I told him that I’m a single mom and the reason I ordered online cuz it’s more convenient and I have my kids with me and he said there’s nothing he can do. I asked him if he can just refunded it since the driver can’t go back and he just hung up the phone. I called maybe 8 times and he keeps hanging up the phone on me and he is a manager. I drove to the store and went to the counter and Manager Paul was the one in the counter he said he is not able to return cuz they don’t do refund. I told him I’m already disappointed and doesn’t want my order and doesn’t trust him anymore. All he did is just walk out on me and as a manger didn’t handle the situation. He just said call corporate. I asked him if you cannot do the refund then just give me my order and he refused. So I ended not having a pizza and didn’t get a refund. That’s the kind of manager is Paulo Cunanan handle a very simple situation. I am very disappointed and humiliated for what happened. I hope the corporate would read this I am not after of anything I just wish he could have been more respectful and handle it the right way. I wish I can get my refund. Read moreWe had a horrible order experience with this location. My wife placed an order for 4 medium pizzas at about 430p for delivery on a Friday afternoon. Our order was confirmed and said that it should arrive within 45 mins. About an hour later, order tracking said it was out for delivery. About 20 mins after that, order tracking said with was still over an hour from being delivered. We are literally less than 2 miles from this location, but we understand deliveries are made with multiple orders. My wife called and the person who picked up the phone was extremely rude and told her the delivery is on the way and to have some patience. The person on the phone couldn't provide an update of when the delivery is expected to be completed. We checked online delivery again and it had not changed from an hour. WTH?!?! We called again and the person on the phone, Rob, could not give us a straight answer. Finally, he said our order will be delivered and we will not be charged for it. My wife received an order cancelleation right after Rob said that, and that this delivery should be less than 20 minutes. 45 minutes later, still nothing. We were extremely upset because we had guests and we were all hungry. I called and spoke to the manager Juan and he said that there was a mistake on their part. We told him that he should be embarrassed at how our whole order experience transpired. Juan said he didn't known what happened to our order, and could not explain the delivery issue. Never again will we order from Dominoes. We no longer have confidence in Dominoes, especially at this location that has a group of incompetent workers. HORRIBLE!!!!! While he was standing in front of the soda cooler, the guy tells me that there is no Diet Coke for my order ( despite the fact that I can see nearly a dozen in the cooler). I thought maybe they had already committed them to another order, so I asked him to just refund the cost of the Diet Coke. He told me no. I said, listen, I pay for a product and if you don’t provide that product, you have to refund the cost, that just the way the world works. He said I can’t, if have to cancel the whole order. I said go ahead. Then he says, I’ll go look in the back, as if he’s doing me this huge favor. Then he comes out with a bottle of Coke Zero. I said I don’t care for that, and now he’s mad. “I don’t know what you want me to do, there’s no Diet Coke anywhere here!” And folds his arms across his chest ( he’s standing in front of the cooler again at this point ). I said, “Man, there’s at least a dozen bottles in that cooler behind you”. Now he’s BIG MAD. Starts ranting about how this isn’t his store and he’s not even supposed to be there today.
