Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza — Restaurant in Hermiston

So I went in and ordered my two pizzas there was nothing wrong with them I was going to get some breadsticks so I asked how much extra would that be to have you guys cooked them because I thought at one point in time if you paid them extra they would cook your food for you and the newer cashier for some reason couldn't understand what I was saying I want to see the older cashier but this lady was probably 19 maybe so I asked her how much is it to cook the breadsticks and she's like $6 I was like oh so the breadsticks or six dollars and it costs $6 to cook them she was like wait what I was like I'm asking how much extra it would be just to cook the breadsticks and she got such a snobby look on her face with the attitude to match and was like we don't do that here and I'm sorry sir but we don't cook things at the store would have been in a much nicer...

I rated this store higher before, as I typically buy multiple pizzas when I order, like at least 4+. I always scan my QR codes they send with the pizzas, for extra rewards, as alot of us do, right? A lady had called me on 8/13/2025 from a higher up office demanding that I give 5 stars reviews, if I want my rewards. Questioning why I wouldnt rate them with 5 stars across the board ect. Said lady was very demanding and hostile with her questions and words back to me. I later went into my online account to check said rewards, only to see my rewards had been removed from my profile. I really didnt appreciate the attitude or threat. I am not one to take threats or demands lightly, especially when we spend so much of our $$ at this establishment. The staff was so upset about “time change” they were in such a hurry to close (and clearly don’t realize time change happens every year) so instead you just tell the customers you can’t provide simple requests like stuffed crust. (Mind you other papa Murphy locations provide this request). We were not the only customers who were denied basic requests, at this same time.

The staff was rude, unprofessional, and there seemed to be a large lack of experienced leadership.

If you’d like we can have someone come demonstrate how to put cheese into the crust for you!:)

Get it together guys, you’re making pizzas, if I wanted a lunchable I would have asked one of your wet behind the ear staff members to borrow their lunch.
