Arby's — Restaurant in Hernando

Manager and employees standing around on their phones typing away with customers standing at the counter. Lady in the back making the orders looked at them...then at me noticing I noticed they were lost in conversation for a spell. I patiently watched them finish and placed my order and receive my drink cup that the cashier just knocks over to flop around on the dirty counter and hands to me 😂😂😂😂...I just requested my money back before they made it any worse...good luck ordering here. Also addressed phone issue to find one of them nose deep in their phone was one of the managers lol...may wanna find more attentive employees. And a side note for the employee that refunded my order and told them I just didnt want any food...that was quite untrue...I just wanted my order to be handled and served as you would want for your own. Sadly it seems like employees at Arbys merely project their lack of work...

I have the deepest respect for the people behind the counter in these fast food places or chain of restaurants you find in the USA, especially when they have the right attitude, positivity and customer service as I have encountered at this location - in other parts of the world this would be a huge gamble and treated with so much disrespect just because you are a woman for example!

We reached this location as we could not find a restaurant off 55, which passes nearby, and wanted to travel fast to the coast and the guy behind the counter was very professional explaining to me the little differences between the fast food on offer - I very rarely step in these places as I need lots of vegetable to give me the vitamins I need.

Walked in and my first impression was it was very nasty. Tables haven't been cleaned at all, people also left their trash. The card readers were coverd in some kind of dust but also very ick. Went to the front and was really not inviting or friendly. But then after I placed my husband's to go order and after standing for a while a lady finally came over and I guess maybe tried filling the order, but still didn't get it after waiting a bit, so then a nice guy asked if I had gotten my order so he got it for us, he was very nice and friendly. I wanted to add that the kids meals chicken is very nasty, they are dark and taste sweet has to be the nastiest chicken strips. Please go back to the small nuggets. Everything...
