5 stars I had a fantastic experience at this Whataburger location during my visit at 9:18 AM. The service was outstanding—fast, friendly, and incredibly efficient. I believe the two team members I interacted with were named Jasmine and Mirla, and both were absolutely wonderful. They were welcoming, professional, and brought such a positive energy to the morning. My food was hot, fresh, and ready in no time. The speed and quality reminded me of how Whataburger used to be years ago—before the acquisition—when everything ran like clockwork. This location is truly bringing that level of excellence back, and I couldn’t be happier. Whoever is managing this morning crew is doing a phenomenal job. I remember Whataburger in Fraser back in the day and it was AWESOME our maybe that’s what kids tell themselves because the food from these Whataburger restaurants just isn’t good. I’ve tried Southaven and Hernando different times and variety of menu choices and reviews from our household are a hard pass except for the DrPepper shake my son and husband love. I have to say speaker service is on point and it’s clear and friendly but the flow of 2 lanes needs some work and the wait after ordering I’d enough time to not check your order which usually has forgotten items in my experience. Dear Whataburger in Hernando, MS I wish yall would make a chocolate shake that tastes like chocolate. It always tastes vanilla. A couple of pumps of chocolate syrup would do it. It’s the same each and every time I’ve ordered it. Asked for extra chocolate before and still. Maybe, just a suggestion. Shakes are expensive. If it’s not chocolate please call it vanilla.
