Horrible first experience couldn’t even order food. I asked for steak taco’s and got stared at like I asked for a pot of gold, and not by just one but by 4 different employees. I asked the First Lady in English as she greeted well in English. She then looked confused and started to have a quiet dialogue with the Second Lady in Spanish so I figured maybe she doesn’t speak much English. Then as the Second Lady ask me what I want I then asked her for Steak Tacos and the same thing happened. Lol I swear the next two employees look like deer in headlights and one more asked what do you want… lol at this point I think I missed the underlined meaning of their “what do you wants”. Chicken Rico serves up the most incredible Peruvian-style food! We ordered fried rice, chicken, plantains, and yuca, and every bite was bursting with authentic flavors. The rotisserie chicken was tender, juicy, and seasoned to perfection with that signature Peruvian spice blend. The fried rice was rich and savory, a perfect pairing with the chicken.

My family has been going to this restaurant for over a year, but never again. Totally got ripped off this time. Ordered a whole chicken with sides and got overcharged. They refused a refund on top of that. You would think that they would charge us for us family special, which is a whole chicken with 2 sides and 3 canned sodas but we were charged for everything individually. It was almost $10 extra we got charged for. The manager was so rude, talking over me instead of listening and saying that we should've said we wanted the family special...
