My husband & I love this place. Whenever we're tired of cooking or in the mood to bring Chinese home versus going out, this is our favorite place. & Some of their entrees rival our favorite Chinese dining out restaurant - Cheng's [Sterling]- a top-rated restaurant with a long award-winning history.

I particularly enjoy the Da Lu Mein soup - a thick beef broth jam-packed with pieces of beef, big tasty shrimp, tofu, beef tendons, and vegetables. Whenever I feel under the weather, this soup is the only thing that suits me - or if I'm cold - or if its raining...

My favorite appetizer is the Crab Ragoon - puffy pastry filled with a flavorful crab & cream cheese filling; my husband always orders the little fried chicken wings & the Egg Drop Soup. I've recently fallen for their Peking Duck - very tasty. The Moo Goo GaiPan has a wonderful fragrance, big pieces of chicken & crisp vegetables & is better than Cheng's(!). I always get a bowl of Green Bean Schezuan style - its got very fresh tasting beans, a little kick & as left-overs heats up great!

I've been disappointed with the Egg Rolls, Spring Rolls - the fillings have no flavor -& Shrimp Toast - too little flavor & too much grease.

Because the shrimp in the DaLuMein soup is so yummy, I've started trying their shrimp dishes - I enjoy the Shrimp in Lobster sauce & Asparagus Delight.

A great favorite of ours with consistent flavors, big pieces of meat, fresh vegetables & high quality take out containers that make microwaving...

If i could give this place negative stars I would. I have never had such a bad experience with a place. We ordered for delivery and i live in a private apartment building that you need access to a door to get inside so all you have to do is let us know what door number you arrive at and we give access to open. Well when the delivery driver called we asked him what the door was and he immediately had an attitude and then we tried to explain like how it works and he kept cutting us off and saying ok with an attitude and hung up on us. Moments later he ended up getting to our door and he was hanging on the door yelling “ hello” and even tried opening the door….after we got to the door he said “ oh my god” and shook his head as he shoved the food at us and walked away. We called the place and spoke to Lily who didn’t want to listen to us, didn’t want to give a manager number, didn’t want to tell us when a manger came in next and kept saying he was a nice guy and she needs us to send our ring camera footage and she can “ send it to her manager “ but refused to let us speak to a manger. We recorded our conversation with her. Never had an experience like this anywhere. Terrible place and absolutely no excuse. Shame on them for being terrible people and having terrible...

The lady who took my order over the phone was very friendly and professional. I ordered from this restaurant for delivery before, usually, when I have contractors/technicians working at my house, and the service and food are consistently great. The dishes made with a brown sauce tasted very similar, probably because it's the same sauce, just different meat and vegetable combination. The food is not authentic Chinese, but it is pretty good for an American Chinese carryout establishments. They do use good size shrimp and scallops. The honey spare ribs were good, and my dogs like them. 😋🐕🐕 If I were to order next time, I will stick to the shrimp and broccoli, or a white sauce dish. The order was delivered with lots of sauces, paper plates, forks and fortune cookies. I like that the food was placed in plastic, tightly sealed containers. The delivery young man was very friendly and pleasant. He greeted me with a smile. I will definitely order from this...
