The girls that work here did not seem interested in helping, the first 3 items we ordered they were out of. Then one of the drinks was made incorrectly from what was ordered, so she replaced. The black tea was over cooked and had an extremely bitter taste. They didn’t have a change for cash, and the restaurant was absolutely disgusting. Looks like it had not been cleaned in weeks. Will definitely not be back.

If you were able to see the camera then you know we arrived around 7:15… you saw me throw away most of the black milk tea I attempted to drink, I have been to other Mr Wish locations and never experienced anything like this, also the girls were talking and turning up the music. I never once saw them cleaning anything the entire time we were there. So it shouldn’t matter that it was 2 hours or less before closing, the fact everything was so dirty tells me they don’t clean the entire day until close, which is definitely not sanitary, especially when you can still get covid and other illnesses. Also one of the employees was passed a child who walked across the counter with her shoes on and the counter was not wiped down. Such terrible customer service from the young highschool girl advising me I can't have a certain drink and that it'll taste bad? It's my drink and if I like it without bubble should be up to the customer but oh well. I'll just not be returning.
I appreciate the manager advising his employee how that was very unprofessional of her to treat her customer that way but after he did, the highschool girl proceed to speak unprofessional to her friend in Spanish as if I don’t understand Spanish.
The drink itself was okay, very bland and not much flavor. The cluster was really filled with much filling. For the price I would say there’s definitely more locations to try
Hi Kevin, thank you for replying, I appreciate your feedback however I did overheard you advising your staff that my request of asking for little boba could have been adjusted and yet my drink had full boba amount as well as no notation was made on my drink label to indicate this.
All I ask is if your unwilling to make adjustment to your customer drink taste or change specification as you acknowledge you could, just let them know that way I could have avoided this...

Usually when taking orders, they would let us know what order number we were so when it was ready, they would call out a number, and people in the store would know that it was ready. We were never told our number so we sat for what seemed like 20 minutes waiting on a milk tea and strawberry green tea. When our drinks were done, they called out "Strawberry green tea" and another customer came up and grabed our drinks! Extremely inefficiant way of handling all the orders.
Im not going to blame this on them, however, there were children running around EVERYWHERE. i went with my partner, and he almost got hit by a shoe because the parents couldnt control them.
They messed up my order and didnt offer to fix it for me. Even if they did offer to remake it, i wasnt about to stay for another 20 minutes.
I plan on going here one more time because either it could have been after the sunday dinner, or we went during...
