I used to love coming to this location, but the service has become so incompetent it’s unbearable to even think of going back to this location. I had ordered my food online at 7:58 am. I understand food takes time to make, so I’m patient. I walk in to grab my order and it was ready, except my coffee was not with my order. The way this place has its layout is they place all the online orders right by the entrance for easy access. I see my name on my food, I grab it and begin to wait for my coffee. I see 3 people come in and make orders and leave with their food AND coffee order. So I begin to become a bit questioning, and when I asked the lady where my coffee was I was waiting on she just pointed to the guy next to her and said “he’s making it” in a rather frustrated manner. I look at the guy and he just continues walking around aimlessly, sometimes he’s by the donuts sorting donuts, sometimes he’s in the back making some order, and sometimes he’s just randomly wiping something down (I know this because I was inside for 15 minutes waiting on my online order). Another person walks in from the back and he looks at me and asks what I’m waiting for, and I tell him my coffee that is with this order, for which I proceed to shown the tag on my bag of food. The coffee was already made and he just handed it to me, mind you this coffee was made prior to me even walking in, and now the coffee is cold due to it just sitting for 15 minutes behind the counter. Today there was a poor Uber eats driver was there to pick up a dozen donuts, but they only had two donuts in the whole store store apparently. (This was around 2pm mind you. So midday) So when the man asked the employee politely to see if she can cancel the order. Instead of making suggestions or finding ways to help them out the employee working there simply started yelling, repeatedly, at the poor man to "deal with it, figure it out yourself." As if it is his fault that they don't have the donuts.
(Yes, that's right. a donut shop doesn't have donuts, then instead of simply saying sorry we ran out... proceeds to yell at customers for wanting donuts during store hours. 🙃)
And when a fellow customer, tried to make a simple feedback: to in the future see if managers can remove the items off the app. Because it might help set future expectations. Instead of just taking the feedback. The employee started yelling repeatedly at the customer, that she isn't going to listen to them, she isn't taking the feed back or writing anything down, and just kept yelling even louder at the customer.
I understand the service industry is tough. But even if you might be having a bad day... It doesn't give anyone the right to treat other human...

I’ve been charged multiple different values for an iced coffee with almond milk, I’m not sure how it works but sometimes it’s not an additional charge others the almond milk is a dollar or so extra. Don’t get me started on consistency because like this review it’s gonna be all over the place. Is there so much sugar you feel it on your teeth? Maybe, or maybe I’m not gonna taste any sweetness at all. There was this one time I walked in and the manager, I presume tbh, was yelling at a woman complaining about not getting the correct drink to which he was yelling to just “taste it” “drink it” “have you even had it” like at the end of the day I feel like a refund and asking them to leave is not that hard to do. The staff I’ve gotten are always different don’t think I’ve ever seen anyone other than the boss twice. Maybe that plays into the consistency issue. Certain crew also have huge attitudes, after that woman got yelled at I asked for almond milk and got the biggest glare ever like I’m sorry I even asked???
