One of The Best Places when you have to get gas or good quality food to eat 24 hours day or night. I also get my propane exchange tank from here but last time the tank I got from automatic machine was leaking and I didn't have enough funds to buy another one and Amerigas company I called several times that day and they would just put me on hold and not take responsibility but only promising to give an exchange if I just wait on phone but then they hung up everytime after few minutes. I made at least eight calls and went through many hours of it but no help. Then I went into Wawa and complained to the manager even though it's not their business but someone doing business on their property was not doing the right thing, Amerigas. The manager named JON got my attention and assured me he will look into it as he saw me sitting on phone outside in my car in parking. Then same day later on he called me and gave me a replacement. It was that time when we were having below freezing temps in January,2023 and I was sitting without proper heating due to this mess. I am grateful to this person JON at Wawa. I made sure that I know his name is spelled like this before I mention him in this review. Wawa is one of the best places. It is a Life Saver for anyone who must get something to eat or drink from outside day or night. It is a blessing in all honesty. Because I wouldn't even feed my dog from the other branded fast food places because there food is not for humans or animals. So Wawa is a healthy choice and much better choice. I just wish one thing for all good places to drastically reduce the amount of salt in their foods they sell. Even a donut has 385 to 500 mg of sodium in it. If you look at some things you buy , then you know it's a deadly game of too much sodium intake. And the most per day allowed intake is 2000mg. So imagine ! Why Heart disease is the number one killer ! Watch out and reduce your sodium...

My 2nd visit to this Wawa, never been in a Wawa prior but this store is very clean and bright!The female who makes the sandwiches displayed ok customer service but had her name on her name tag covered so you couldn't see her name. If it wasn't for the checkout cashier Shelby who was very helpful and displayed outstanding customer service, I would of left the store with just an ok feeling about returning. But, she is the employee that makes me want to come back in again! She even remembered my son and I when we came in the first time! I do feel that their needs to be a person in charge at the sandwich station to stay on top of employees to show pride in their work and dress attire. I also agree with another review that it would be wonderful if a few tables were put in place for inside dining. Overall, I'm a lifelong Herndon resident and I'm very happy to have a Wawa so close to Herndon!
