Jet's Pizza — Restaurant in Herndon

I stopped at Jet's Pizza because it is a local business in Herndon VA that I thought would be of interest to someone who is familiar with pizza restaurants, especially after visiting multiple restaurants in NOVA. Well, unfortunately, it wasn't what I had expected. First, the entrance to the register is less than five feet, which would be a problem with multiple customer activity. It week easily becomes cramped with no room to maneuver. Placing an order and waiting for the food can be uncomfortable within the confines of the limited space. Next, the wait time will be long. For example, I ordered the Calzone sandwich, and it nearly took 30 minutes, and that's with a full staff present. I'll admit that only one time someone asked if I was waiting for a pickup order, but that made it more annoying because my order taker at the register didn't advise their associates. The price was probably steep until I got the order gone and opened it. The proportions were fine, but the food was undercooked. So, I ended up recooking it in the gone oven. Overall, it coughs have been better if there was an established chain of communication with the staff, and the accuracy of the wait time was of by an additional 15 minutes. I think I attributed the lack of organization with the personnel because the establishment is fairly new. My best advice is that you order oblong or call it in and pick up your orders because ordering on premise wasn't a good experience. This pizza location doesn't make it on my list for possible revisit until it becomes an efficient and well organized operation. My apologies, but I visited plenty of restaurants and fast-food locations that understand a server of urgency, and Jet's Pizza wasn't...

Just placed an online order, was supposed to be ready by 8:00pm, we arrived at 8. A bunch of other people who ordered online as well got their pizzas and left. We had to ask what was taking so long and they had not even started preparing our order. A manager came and started cooking it themselves. Not sure what was going on, but with this being my 2nd time having issues with ordering and picking up. I can say its not worth your time. I'd hate to see how long getting delivery would take. The pizza is good, but not good enough to outweigh the terrible customer service. After waiting 20min for the order to be ready they let us have a "free ranch"....no other way of apologizing or anything. They also forgot to include the marinara sauce that...

I wanted to like this place especially for the cost of the pie ($27 with the side ranch) and the photos looks so good BUT will have to see if I try again. These pizzas after my experience look good, but once you're chewing, there's no joy in the flavors as they meld in your mouth. They're SO BLAND !!!! Nothing pops or excited your palette, sadly. So so sad because it looks so so good lol.

I got the NY pizza large - it was lacking that NYC style pizza flavor and size. The ingredients, from the pepperoni to the ham to the sausage lacked flavor and the onions!, How can onions be ruined?
