Take this review with a grain of salt, they’ve only been open a couple days and it was packed.
We went for dinner on a Monday night and only had to wait a couple minutes for a table to become available. We both got the opening special which is a great deal! 2 large pho and a drink for about $25.
The good: the portions were huge plenty of meat fast, friendly service price = roughly $8 for a large bowl, normally $13ish
The not so good: broth was bland compared to the centerville location. Another customer mentioned it was better earlier in the day. Sriracha didn’t even seem to make an impact. I asked for no cilantro (stupid genetics) but there were still pieces of cilantro hiding in my bowl ruining my tastebuds randomly. the canned coke was already flat
Overall I don’t think I’ll be back. I’ll stick with Alo Vietnam or Tea...

It was very filling and fitting for a cold...

It came with coarsely shredded cabbage, which is acceptable. “Authentic and exceptional” would come with finely shredded cabbage, shredded banana blossoms and seasoned shrimp paste. Overall a very delicious bowl—I Just Want to point out the criteria for authenticity for palates that are unfamiliar with bún riêu, my fav...
