Java Espress Beverage Company — Restaurant in Herriman

I LOVE this coffee shop. I started going to the location in Idaho years ago, I moved to Utah, I was so sad because they didn't have one. I found out they had opened one in Clearfield, it was my daily go to, multiple times a day, for months. Sadly they closed the location in October, I was then driving back to Idaho locations, then I googled just to see if they had one a little closer. And they did!! I live in Ogden and drive to both herriman location and Pocatello location, just because of my one coffee! 2+ hours for a coffee... Call me crazy, but to me it is worth it. I drive in all weather conditions and locations just to get my coffee. It makes my whole week. Bo and Lexi are amazing people, and always hire the friendliest, nicest people to run their shops. Please bring one closer to Ogden. I'll come help run it!! I AM A DEDICATED JAVA LOVER!!!:) no other coffee shops taste as good as my one drink I have...

I have been ordered 3 times during this week and all 3 experiences have been totally different. The first time my order came perfectly, and I was totally impressed. They even gave me a sample of other drinks to try. The second time they messed up my order and I just got ice, dairy, and flavor. I tried to talk to them about my order and they didn’t like it. The third time I got Ice, Ice, and more Ice…. When I got home, I realized that I paid $7 for a cup of ICE.

What was the difference between the first experience and the last two? In the first experience, there was no waiting time (afternoon) and the service was provided by a lady that seem to be the owner or the manager. The other two times were in the morning and there was a line, and the owner/manager was not there. Just because of my first experience, I will give them 3 stars otherwise...

Main complaint is. I used to come to this place multiple times a week. I get a matcha with light ice. Every time it would have way too much ice. I'd let the person know the next time over and over. Always more ice than light. So I stopped coming. Till today I really felt like a Macha with light ice. So I ask for light ice and I explain the senerio that happens every time I ask. And if they can make sure it's light ice. Was it light ice? No! So I go inside and ask what's there normal light ice amount. Half ice is light ice... lol ok... they charged me another dollar for light ice but I finally got what I wanted. Btw I started thinking as I'm writing this complaint I should have did no ice because of the up charge. But anyways that's my mistake. I think it's funny that today I'm finally explained why everything else was fine...
