Best B&B location within MILES! The espresso shots are never burnt, the hot coffee is always the perfect temperature, the frozen coffee is always the right ratio, and the best part of all - they are SO fast. Even when they have brand new employees. You can order several drinks AND food, and still get through the drive through fast. They do something right with their training! I don't live near this location anymore, sadly. So I started going to the B&B location on 3956 Innovation Dr. in Riverton. DO NOT go to that one, unless you have 20+ extra minutes to get to your location, and you enjoy burnt espresso shots. I will literally drive 10 - 15 minutes out of my way to come to this location. For many reasons. Probably the #1 reason is I know, even if I am the 10th car in line, AND drove 10/15 minutes out of my way, I will still get my drinks/food faster than going to the one right by my house. I have never been in and out at the Innovation Dr. location in less than 15/20 mins. EVEN when I was only the second car in line! And I will never ever order food from the Innovation location. That will add 10+ mins to the wait. Some other B&B locations could really use some training from this location! Side note - the staff is ALWAYS so friendly. Which can be hard working customer service, during a global pandemic, having back to back to back cars for hours straight. They are professional, precise and get the job done....
Read moreMost of the staff at this location is great and very friendly and always accurate; however, I overheard one of the employees named Chris (I think he might be management) making flirty/inappropriate remarks to one of the female employees. She looked quite young and also quite uncomfortable/annoyed. It was a quick interaction and I only saw it in passing as I was only there for a few minutes, but as a company who hires lots of teen girls I would say that B&B should be more conscientious about who exactly they are putting in a position of power over a crowd of young girls. Read moreCoffee is decent. It's the customer service that I feel could use some improvements. I'm 95% sure I was overcharged. 2 drinks for $14.99, 1 of them being a child's milk and the other a basic coffee sized small? It's on me for driving off and not realizing till later but still, not cool. Even putting the same drinks in the app it came out to half that price.
Lastly, it would be nice if the employees would ask if I have a loyalty number. I forget half the time, again that's on me, but other places do and it's so nice to get those rewards. If you don't ask for a recipet your SOL for getting rewards if they didn't scan your number in the drive thru, again on me. A reminder...
