Quench It! Soda — Restaurant in Herriman

All the workers are happy to be there and happy to see me! The drinks are so good. I usually stick with what I know but recently I’ve tried new drinks and I haven’t had one I didn’t like. I love that they have snacks, both sweet and salty. The mini chipper cookies are my personal favorite but they even have dippin dots and pretzel bites. The prices are extremely fair and competitive with other soda shops and I haven’t felt like the prices have gone up while even the price of groceries and coffee shops have. The lobby is always so clean and has really cute decorations, games, and Polaroid camera. Every time I go in they are running a new promotion, raffle, contest, or something to connect with the community which...

The only reason this place has good ratings is because they’re open Sundays. We waited over 45 minutes in a drive thru line because some idiot ran over a boulder while leaving, it stopped the whole line for 30 mins. They weren’t even blocking the drive thru (see photo). Oh and by the time we got to the window? They hadn’t even started our order. 3 of their 5 workers were just visiting with the fool that was stuck on the boulder. What about the other 20+ customers in line!? Also, drinks and food were NOT good.

Update: one week later and they have not reached out or...

We love Quench It! They have so many great soda and cookie options. It's the best, and we are here almost weekly.

I also have to shoutout the management because last week I ordered a soda with three different add-ins and when I got home I realized I didn't get the add-ins I paid for. I reached out to customer service through the app and got an email back from Kevin and Julie apologizing and adding more than enough loyalty rewards to my account to cover the mistake. I appreciated that so much!
