I had a wonderful experience with Tiana in the passport department! I am completely new to the process of getting a passport and I had practically nothing prepared today, even after she had shared detailed instructions on what I would need to do prior to my appointment yesterday! And that included what I would need to bring to the appointment and I still wasn’t prepared and, she was patient, kind and did everything she could to help me get this done on a day when she has back to back appointments. All around I have to say she went above and beyond all customer service I could expect and she does her duty as a Government employee with dignity and pride and I’m impressed. Thank you Herriman City for having Tiana who made this day so much less stressful and easier!...

Tiana was so rude and intimidating! Tiana thought I didn't know any English or must think I am under my age. I didn't get the file to fill out an application and didn't know that I was supposed to. Honestly, you can easily fill it out in person and it was not a problem. She made this a big deal and she was like "Ap-pli-cati-on !!!" She was so mad that I didn't have a hard copy of the application. And she looked at the back side of my check and was like "that's a deposit, not a check!!" It was a check but she just saw the back side;; What is wrong with her? This lady has some anger issues. Personally speaking, just look for a different city hall to make your passport! This is not the place! Can't believe she makes money...

Our family & extended family had an early Thanksgiving dinner in one of the bigger spaces nearest to the kitchen. A VERY nice building, very clean & orderly. Sufficient space for us to have our dinner together as a family !! We're so grateful to the Herriman City Hall administration for allowing us to use their space available !!
