Wendy's — Restaurant in Herrin

If I could give a half a star I would. I went there and order 4 jr bacon cheeseburgers, a crispy chicken sandwich, and 2 small chilis. They said we had to wait for them to cook bacon and we said ok. We get to the window and pay and the guys tells us it will take 30 minutes for the bacon so I asked for my money back. He goes and get the manager. The manager come to the window and he said it would take 16 minutes for the bacon. We said that's fine. Manager tells us to pull up and shows us where to park and we did. He said they would bring the food out to us when ready. So 30 minutes later still no food. My husband goes in and there was a different manager working. She says that the original manager that told us to park, told them we drove off. My husband got upset and they just gave the money back. He come back out and i went in. A girl admitted to me that they forgot about us and the manager heard her and tried saying she was lying that they were told we drove off. Then the manager proceeds to say I gave the money back so what's the problem. I said I didnt wait for 40 minutes outside to go home with no food. I want my food. The manager was rude and said I was threatening her when I didnt. Needles to say an hour after I first arrived at Wendy's I finally got my food. Never again will I go there and I'm definitely...

I ordered a 50 piece spicy chicken nuggets to share with my friends and while we were waiting I saw an employee put the nuggets into the bucket with bare hands without washing after using the register. Thats how germs and sickness spread so we asked the employee to remake it and they did. As we are sitting down enjoying our chicken nuggets a manager of some sort comes to our table, hands us the money we paid and told us to get out or she would call the police. We still wanted to get something so we tried drive-thru but she intercepted the person working at the drive-thru, refused service, and threatened to call the police again! God forbid you have to service a customer!!!! Half the employees seemed like they were on drugs so I assume thats what caused me to be kicked out of the Restaurant for requesting that I be served sanitary food. Never going here again, and I would recommend anyone else to stay away from...

Picked up breakfast this morning for me and my girlfriend who had been at work since 6 pm yesterday nothing crazy a 4 item order and yet was talked to with nothing but straight attitude from the general manager at the speaker and throughout my entire experience this morning asked simply for some syrup for my breakfast and was given sweet and sour sauce instead when I went inside to ask for syrup got handed my syrup with a big side of attitude from yet again the general manager would not recommend this place to anybody until new and more professional management takes effect not to mention a few weeks ago was refused a refund for over $50 worth of food they entirely got wrong and still havent received any kind of compensation to try and make it right...
