How do I start this off if I could give no stars I would. I have came here twice and each time has been a bad experience. Yesterday afternoon some friends and I went and they completely ignored us for around ten minutes although we called them twice and we were the only people there keep in mind there was two workers! A family of six came in and they immediately took their order and took ours after?! We let it slide then we tried ordering a crepa con plátano and they didn’t have bananas so they asked if we wanted strawberries we said yeah that’s fine and she brought a lot out and when I ordered a fresas con créma they all of a sudden didn’t have any not only were they out of everything but the girl that took our order had the biggest attitude! The crepa tasted sour like the batter had gone bad the horchata just tasted like milk with vanilla extract the cheese on the elote tasted so weird and on top after we paid and left tip the workers were talking about us and rolling their eyes. This was my families first time here. Right when we walked in we noticed how clean and well organized the store is. The bright signs are welcoming. The line was a bit long and I was worried we were going to be rushed and not be able to ask questions about the products. Well I was wrong. We had Cristina help us and she was super polite and courteous. We asked her a few questions about the products and she answered them all and made the whole experience pleasant. This is literally my favorite place to come get lemonade and other Mexican deserts. I’m a lemonade guy and originally I came in for some nachos until I came across their natural juices. Their strawberry lemonade is made with fresh squeezed lemons and strawberries and it’s the best I can get in the region. They also have High quality ice cream with a dooope variety of flavors 🔥🔥 A young dude named victor is my usual server and he knows how to get down with the crazy milkshakes.
